Come dance with me Darling
You was sitting on the couch after a long dismal day, your favourite TV programme repeating itself, the same episodes playing over and over again despite they never got old. You was curled up on the couch, a soft blanket wrapped around you and a bowl of popcorn sitting in your lap. You and your boyfriend was meant to go out for dinner tonight but your town got hit by a snow blizzard and it was bad. You haven't heard from Balthazar since yesterday, he said that he would come today and surprise you but not one sign was sent from him at all, for once you felt empty. Bal was the one to make sure you never felt out of place or not wanted but you couldn't help the fact that you did feel out of place, like you're not meant to be there. You sighed loudly and dramatically, slumping in the couch even more but you jumped once you felt warm hands caress both your cheeks.
"Oh darling, I'm sorry did I scare you?" You heard Balthazar ask softly behind you.
"No, you just surprised me that's all" You curled back up the couch, him joining you, eventfully spooning you.
"I'm sorry that we can't go for dinner tonight, I was really looking forward to it," he paused. "I know something we can do" And with that he got up and snapped fingers, the living room turning into a classic ballroom, and you was dressed in a beautiful ocean blue dress, your Y/H/C falling perfectly. You looked into the distance and saw Balthazar, in a pearly white suit and holding a red rose, approaching you.
"You look beautiful my princess" He said, taking your hand and kissing the back of it, a light shade of red creeping over your cheeks. "Come dance with me, darling"
And with that, he took you out to the middle of ballroom and started to dance with you, it all so perfect. You both danced the night away until you started to fall asleep on his shoulder. He swooped you off your feet and snapped you both back home and lied you in bed, joining in next to you. He wrapped his arm around your waist and pulled you closer, whispering softly in your ear.
"Sleep well my queen"
