Gone And Forgotten

The 'Mission'

Lucy/ Layla POV

I sit on the train with my head on Igneel's shoulder. He was snoring with his head on the window. I giggle softly. I hear Mavis giggle as well. I smile as I look out of the window. I see the train station approaching so I wink while glancing in Mavis' direction. Mavis nods and goes through the train wall. I sweatdrop as she floats at the speed of the train and waves at me. I nuzzle into Igneel's shoulder as she flies into the city. The train brakes to a stop and then I hear "Thank for riding with us! Have a good day!" I shake Igneel awake saying "come on, its time to get up" Igneel yawns and rubs his eye saying "alright" Then we walk off of the train.

 We asked around for awhile but no one has heard of the woman we're looking for. I see a shine in the corner of my eyes. I look down an alley way to see an old woman reflecting light off a mirror. I grab Igneel's hand. I look down the alley again and see Mavis waving at us from behind the woman. I drag Igneel's down the alleyway.

Mavis' POV

Natsu and Lucy walk towards Misa. Little did Misa know, I had the real potion in my pocket that I strangely had. Lucy finally reaches us and says "'I have come here for the Maindokontorōru" Misa nods "I have been expecting you" Misa reaches in her pocket and pulls out a glass bottle that has a clear black liquid in it. Lucy grabs the bottle from Misa. Natsu was behind Lucy, crossing his arms. Lucy bows at Misa then Natsu and Lucy walk out of the alleyway. I follow them back to the train station. I read the sign of train hours then I say "the train doesn't leave until tomorrow!" Natsu and Lucy freeze in their tracks then turn around. I giggle as they look at me with serious looks. I wave a hand saying "there was an inn and café back there. Lets go!" they follow me.

Natsu and Lucy ate at the café. I only watched, I was extremely jealous, and drooled. We headed to the inn. It was called Final Day. I tilt my head. Weird name for an inn. Natsu opened the door for Lucy and I. When he closed the door, the bell on it rang. Lucy bought us all a room to share, I didn't care. I was a ghost for crying out loud! I sigh as Lucy opens the room door. Natsu flops on the bed and groans "I don't want to stay here" Lucy sits on the bed and pets his hair back saying "I know, but what can we do about it Igneel?" I frown. I don't like hearing them call each other by names that are not their own. Natsu pulls Lucy down by her arm. Lucy lands on her back. Natsu buries his face in her neck saying "I just want to get home and relax." Lucy giggles then yawns. I smile as Natsu picks Lucy up and puts her under the covers before he gets in them himself. I turn off the light.
