I can't sleep knowing that Kyle is visiting me today. I want to be in his prescence, his touch right now.

I'm sat by the window, waiting for a white car to roll up next to the building.

10 minutes later, Kyle comes knocking at the door and I open it before he even finishes knocking.

I give him a tight, warm hug. This huge hands lock me in from the cold weather.

"It's cold today," I say and close the door.

"It is," he smiles. "I'm just so glad to finally see you."

"It's been a few days but it's felt like forever," I say. "I wish I could still live near you."

"What if I moved up here?" he suggests with a big grin. "C'mon, we'll get to see eachother every day."

"You have your therapy career. All of your clients live in your area."

"I'll quit my job. I know other therapists they can see."

"Kyle," I say. "People grow attached to their therapists. Therapists are the people that they talk to, the only ones who truly understand what going inside their twisted minds."

"You're so sweet," he pushes the hair out of my face.

"Why don't we talk about this later? Come meet my friends!" I say and pull his arm.

The first person I introduce to him is Cordelia, the woman who I consider my "best-friend's mother".

"Hello, glad to finally meet you!" Cordelia greets with a smile and a handshake.

"You too!" Kyle smiles back.

"Okay, no time here," I look over and see a disappointed look on Cordelia's face as I pull Kyle's arm.

"Queenie!" I call from across the room.

"Zoe!" she says and makes her way toward us. "Oh hey, you're Kyle?"

"Yeah, how ya doin'?" he greets.

"Doin' well," Queenie awkwardly says. "Just... doin' ma thang."

"Okay, we're done here," I say and motion Kyle to sit down in the living room.

"Nice place here," he says and looks around.

"I know, I love it," I smile at the floor. "I don't want to lose it, either."

"I was expecting more witchery going on, like plates flying through the air and candles randomly lighting up," he says. "Oh, and people teleporting back and forth."

"That'd be fun, but it takes a lot of energy to do," I say. "That's why it takes practice until you can effortlessly do it."

"Can you demonstrate something?" he pleads.

"Well, I haven't actually shown you teleportation, have I?"

He shakes his head.

Within seconds, I disappear and teleport right behind him.

"Boo!" I say, and Kyle shakes out of his seat.

"Oh God!" he says and sits back down. "Let's not do that again."

We both laugh like little toddlers.

"Zoe's back!" Melanie yells from across the room.

I absolutely can't stand Melanie. She's like Madison Montgomery reincarnated, but slightly more tolerable.

"Yeah, hey," I sarcastically say with enthusiasm.

"Who's this guy?" she asks, sits down, and starts slowly rubbing Kyle's leg.
