"Aigoo, you two... it's not a big deal, eh?" Mr. Ji makes it sound like it's no big deal. The whole ride home, he has been rambling and ranting on and on about how we still suit each other suit each other even with the scandals.
"Have a nice day, Mr. Ji." I open the door and step out into the cool air of December. Afraid that there are paparazzi lurking around here, I run inside their house before Jongin even steps out of the car.
All the lights are off, surprisingly, and it's so cold that I want to light this house on fire just to hear it up quick. The mansion usually has at least one light switched on, however, the fact that the lights are off makes me feel uneasy.
Jongin catches up to me a few moments later with a backpack held on his shoulders. I throw the keys I used to open the door into my pocket and set my bags on the ground.
"We... need to talk." I begin to walk up the staircase. The marble floor is somehow clean, even though I haven't been here in days. He runs after me up the stairs and then into his room.
"First, Soojung, why are you acting like this? You've been completely ignoring me for t—"
A crash of items fall onto the floor on the main floor. I stare at Jongin with fear in my eyes; we both know that no one is home except us.
"You... heard that, right?" I whisper, pulling out my phone. He nods and carefully shuts his door, making sure not to make a sound. As I text Sooyeon telling her to call the cops (why the hell would I call the police when someone is robbing the house I'm in?), Jongin locks the door and moves across the room towards his window.
"Don't tell me your jumping." I speak to him almost as if nothing had happened between us. C'mon, let's be honest. When your in such a situation, you wouldn't give a damn about who is in the room with you. You would just want you and that person to survive.
Yells downstairs are heard, followed by more crashing. It's as if sasaeng fans are invading this house; loud and inappropriate language usage.
"There's footsteps coming toward us!" I literally shriek through the cracks of my teeth, basically sh*tting myself at this point. Jongin looks at me, then at the door, then at me again.
He hurled towards me and yanks me up onto my feet.
"If, if they come in here, just follow my lead. Don't hesitate and trust me."
Great advice, Jongin. How the hell can I trust you after you basically cheated on me in the hospital and be so oblivious about the fact that I'm pissed off at you?
Looking at the door every few seconds, Jongin begins to unbutton his shirt. Of course, I object and almost scream for him to stop. The yells are now coming closer, and his hands frantically rip off his shirt and throws it onto the ground. Jongin grabs the zipper of my dress.
"Unzip your dress right now." He says without looking at me.
"No! I'm not–"
"Do you want me to do it or not, Soojung? They're coming!"
Swearing in my head, I begin unzipping my dress but refuse to take it off. The footsteps are now just feet away, and then BANG!
Jongin hauls me into bridal style and throws me onto the bed. I try pushing him away from me, but it's not like he's doing anything so far.
"You rascals! Open the door!" An evil man's voice booms through the whole house. Out of nervousness, I swear, I wrap my arms around his bare waist and cling onto him like a koala.
BOOM! The door busts down.
Like a rocket, Jongin instantly begins making out with me when that door went down. I know what his plan is, and it's not exactly the smartest but not the dumbest idea. A second later, he starts pulling the cress of the dress in my shoulder down just about 4 inches.
"You rasca— what the f*ck is going on in here?" The man's voice followed by numerous footsteps ring through my ears. Thank the Lord my face is being blocked up by Jongin's.
He takes his soft lips off of mine.
"Me and my lover are just having some fun. Don't you mind, sir?" Jongin chuckles and begins passionately kissing me again. As if the people were invisible, things begin to get heated up.
"Well, are you going to stand there and continue watching us, going to get caught by police any second or are you going to run away and not risk getting caught?" Jongin sets his hand on my face as he talks to them.
Police sirens are nearby.
"Oh, too late." He smirks.
