Beyond the cavern

The fear

"Help!" Mac screamed. We Tried avoiding the rumble coming from the ceiling. Running and running everything looked the same. The deeper we went the darker and colder it got. "Mac!Mac!" By the time we ran deep into the darkness the noises stopped. There was no more light.I took out my flashlight out and turned it on. There was mist lingering in the air "Sean. What the fuck just happened." I said. "Jean hit a soft spot I guess" we have to find a way out." I looked around the damp cave. And I noticed something. There seemed to be a hole in the wall. "It looked like we can squeeze through that." I said "Are you serious." He said . "It's only chance we got. We have to move now." With a hesitant look he slowly squeezed through the tiny crack in the wall and I followed behind him. I felt the mysterious sticky ooze getting on my uniform. " I think we are almost their. Keep going Sean." He stood still in his tracks. "Keep moving Sean." He still stood still. Then out of nowhere he screams. "I can't take it! Get me out of here! His hands went high in the air and smacked my flashlight to the ground. It broke and all the sudden their was complete darkness followed buy loud screams. "Sean! Chill out man keep moving I can see the light." I pushed him further and further until we got to the small light beaming on us. The second we got out we saw Mac with his flashlight and said "Thank god you guys are alive."
