Missing Lover

Chapter 3

"Grandma? Hey!" I haven't seen her for three years since you know I dropped out and left.

She doesn't like the public so it was surprising to see her here and more surprising to know that she came to see Mrs. Greenly when she hasn't liked he since they first met.

"Oh Ava hi. Um how have you been and all." she asked leaning against the counter.

"Oh I've been good everything is great." That's huge fucking lie. "How's mom?"

"She's been great she got remarried and is planning to move to Florida next year."

I think it's best for her to leave me behind because she didn't deserve my ugly attitude towards her. "Wow that's cool."

"You should really try to come and see us we live in the same place." Not a chance. "Sure grandma I'll consider it."

I pointed her to where Mrs. Greenly was and that painful conversation was over.

I would want to go see them but then I'll end up telling things.

Then telling things will get me killed.

So I can't.

As soon as I walked out the doors for lunch, I was greeted with a smiling Kyle.

"Hi Ava. " I swear everytime I seen this boy he was smiling I don't why but it was kinda awkward.

"Hello Kyle. " I didn't know how he knew where I worked but I didn't ask questions.

He handed me a bean bowl from chipotle and a caramel frappichino from Starbucks. " I was gonna get you Taco Bell but I felt like you were more if a Starbucks and chipotle girl. "

"I've never had either I've just heard of them before. "

He put his hand on his chest and had a surprised look on his face. "What the hell! So your telling me your man never got you Chipotle or Starbucks?"

"He's not my man. "

"My bad. " he said while laughing. "Anyway there you go eat up."

I stared at it for awhile, I wasn't really hungry but then I looked up to find Kyle staring at me with one of his eyebrows arched.

"Do you not like it? Do you want my taco." He said handing me a half bitten Doritos taco.

I started to laugh at him and he looked at me more confused that he did already.

"Are you alright?" Kyle said starting to laugh too.

I tried to calm down before I replied to him, "Yes I'm fine, I thought it was kinda funny I don't know why."

I literally laugh at everything. Well I think everything is funny, even when Dante is yelling at me but I force myself not to laugh unless I want to get knocked out.

"Your a giggly type of person aren't you?" I shrugged "Maybe." I said taking a bite of the food.

Chipotle is good but it doesn't taste like heaven like everyone says it does.

"Do you like it?"

"It's OK its not the best."

Kyle rolled his eyes. "I think I'll be getting you that every time you go to lunch and you can't stop me."

"I'll jest get tired of it, so don't get mad when I start to eat your food. "

We both laughed.

Hi guys idk why but I wasn't feeling this chapter IDK why.

I felt like it wasn't good and a little awkward like me to and it's kinda annoying me.

Well at least I tried right?

Fun fact: I've only had chipotle and Starbucks once in my whole life XD and it's so sad.

When my friends used to tell me about Starbucks or chipotle and I would say I never had it before they would say I had a sad life XD.
