He gets ticked off at stupidity. Biggest pet peeve. I was gonna add a caption but I didn't feel like it.
I wrote this a while ago but I forgot where it was so I'm gonna redo it.
Elliot's emotion affect his glowi-ness:
Happy: faint white glow around head
Sad: whole body glows dark blue
Angry: jagged jolts of electricity running down arms.
Annoyed: hand glows (shown above)
Neutral: none
Dance party: rainbow glow. Like a boss.
I have to draw him fighting crime or something with his awesome powers but instead he's just a dork. :3
