Gabrielle's POV

"Mom." Haddon started

"What?" She asked innocently.

"We're gonna put the whole mating process on hold, indefinitely..." I had to break the news someway.

"We are?" He asked

I gave him a small nod. He looked confused so I linked him.

*calm your balls Haddon. It'll happen eventually, just not anytime soon...*

*Ohhh, when it happens I'll have you screaming m-*

*DON'T YOU WANT TO HANG OUT SOMEWHERE ELSE BESIDES YOUR PARENTS HOUSE?!*

"Reminds me, mom, have them furnish the new house by tomorrow. Lets go Gabrielle."

I followed behind him into the car.

"Where are we going?" I mumbled.

"On a date, relax little Gabi." He slapped my thigh. I ignored the sting, that shit kinda hurt.

"Where's it at?"

"CHILL!" He snapped.

What the fuck? Why is he getting mad at me. Fucking dooshbag. I blocked him, giving him the cold shoulder.

"Aw, c'mon babe. I'm sorry."

I just kept looking forward, not saying a word. After his a kajillion attempts of trying to get me to talk to him, he just continued to drive wherever we were going. I popped in my earbuds as I tried to stay up, but we had been riding in the car for like an hour in a half, so I ended up dozing off.

I woke up, everything was pitch black outside. "what the fuck" I muttered under breath. I looked over at Haddon, who was still driving. Damn, its 7 o'clock? He's been driving for 4 hours?

"You still mad at me?"

I made my signature douche bag face. He drove for like another half hour before he finally stopped in a vacant parking lot.

"Follow me." He jumped out of the car shifting, getting an unfair headstart. I followed his scent, because he was too far ahead. I kept trotting until I ran right into him.

"Aw fuck!" I groaned, shifting back into my human form. He held out his hand to help me up.

"You okay?"

I nodded, rubbing my butt, which took at hard fall on the ground. I continued, keeping my eye on his figure. I finally saw some bright lights flashing. That got my attention. I ran towards the flashing lights, I was in shock.

"You brought me to an AMUSEMENT PARK?!" I squealed.

He chuckled, "I remembered how much you loved them when we were younger, so I bought out the place for today"

"YAYY!" I ran to the Big Drop ride, dragging him along. I rode every ride at least twice, except the Ferris wheel, cause I was saving my favorite for last. I got on as Haddon scooted in beside me.

"This is so romantic Haddon."

"So your not mad at me anymore?"

"Nope, I actually like you."

"Enough to get a kiss?"

"Yup." I gave him a big kiss on the cheek.

He let out a long sigh, "Finally, I've been wanting that the whole trip here." The wheel was going really slow and we were at the top.
