So, if you are not following me but you read my stories, here is a quick recap of what happened in that almost 1 month hiatus. School. Anyways, I have decided to rewrite Nightingale and make a oneshot epilogue, of sorts, for Airplanes. But, since this is Centuries, I shall continue on with the story. Enjoy!

Yang sighed as she relaxed in the vehicle that had picked her up when the sun's rays were just peeking over the mountains. It wasn't uncommon to see the blonde up so early in the day, considering she goes on a run when the moon is still out, what was uncommon was to see the blonde trudging back to her dorm only a few minutes before she got in the vehicle.
"We will reach Nightshade Manor around evening, ma'am," the driver said. "Her Majesty has requested that, if need be, I should take you down to the village so you can buy flexible clothing."
A golden eyebrow raised as Yang glanced down at her usual wear. "I guess I could go for some more breathable clothes."
The driver nodded. "Very good, ma'am." The driver checked how far the nearest village is, then addressed his passenger. "We will arrive by midday. For now, Her Majesty anticipated you got very little sleep, so she wishes for you to rest."
Yang stared at the driver for a good while before nodding and closing her eyes. That is very...interesting, Yang thinks to herself. Her Majesty has only known me for a short while, and yet, she already cares for my wellbeing. Yang sighed, her mind heavy with the conversation she had with the Headmaster, Professor Goodwitch, and General Ironwood.
"History is a thing lost in Rumors," Headmaster Ozpin said to Yang. "We forget what lies behind the image that people have created. That rumors about history are, more likely than not, just that. Rumors."
Yang sighed. "Everything I knew about her was a lie," she whispered to herself. "A rumor."
"Yang," Professor Goodwitch had said. "When you officialy start your training under Her Majesty, you will learn what are rumors and what is true."
"But...isn't everything?" Yang had asked.
Headmaster Ozpin studied Yang, his brown eyes looking as though he can see her soul. "The Incident was an assassination attempt on the Queen."
"W-what?"
General Ironwood sighed. "The original members of the White Fang, named Cinder Falls, Roman Torchwick, Martin Schnee-"
"H-hold up." Yang interrupts, standing from her seat abruptly. "You mean to tell me that Mr. Schnee, the father of one of my best friends, tried to kill the Queen?!"
Goodwitch nodded. "What Martin had told you, Weiss, and Ruby was a lie. Her Majesty had never planned the ball to do away with all the socialites."
Ozpin nodded. "The party was to celebrate her engagement."
Yang took a step back, her eyes widened in surprise. "E-Engagement?!"
Ironwood kept a calm face. "With Adam. Adam Taurus."
"Ma'am," the driver said, breaking Yang out of her reverie. "We have made it to town."
Yang nodded, making a move to exit the vehicle when the driver stopped her. "Her Majesty wants you to know that you do not have to pay for anything here. Everything will be paied by the Queen, herself."
Yang nodded and looked out at the town. Today, her life starts anew. Today, Yang is no longer Yang Xiao Long, huntress - in - training. Today, Yang is now Yang Xiao Long, Official Royal Gaurd for Her Majesty.
