drunkinnutella: the only advice i can give to you is to spend some time with yourself. think about what you're confused about. go on walks, read, drink coffee, take pictures. small things like that can help you

drunkinnutella: i've been there, trust me

drunkinnutella: maybe take a break from all social media because that could be the reason why you're so confused about everything
