“So who are your new friends?” Austin asked as we walked home.

“I just met them at lunch, don’t tell them but one of them is like obsessed with you,” I laughed.

“Wow, I’m so flattered,” He smiled.

“Yeah but they’re pretty cool. Their names are Leslie, Georgia, and Eddie. Oh my gosh he’s British!”

“Ooh, someone have herself a boyfriend?” Austin joked.

“Uh uh, no way! I like Alex and you know that,” I said.

“Oh yeah how is it going with Alex?” he asked.

“Um, he finally talked to me today, he just warned me to stay away from Jacob and then I thanked him and then he was like it doesn’t mean we’re friends and stuff,” I explained.

“Whoa, you talked to Jacob?!” Austin yelled.

“Don’t worry, I’m not going near that loser again,” I reassured him.

We reached our house and walked inside.

“Um, why did you leave our lunch table?” Austin blurted out.

“Well Sarah took the only spot left at the table,” I muttered.

“Oh yeah I’m sorry about that, we could’ve told her to move,” Austin said.

“Then Alex would get mad at us again,” I shouted in frustration.

“Ugh, I’m sorry Olivia.”

“It’s fine. I don’t have a problem with sitting with Georgia, Leslie, and Eddie,” I told him.
