A Dahvie and Jayy fanfiction (JAHVIE)

Chapter 6

Dahvie POV

Jayy came back from his room, grabbed his car keys, and we left to the movies. There was an akward silence for a while until I turned on the music. I chose Hollywood Tragedy from our album Evolution. Jayy turned to me and just smiled then just continued to look at the road.

"Jayy is this song ok cause I c-can always change it if y-you want"

Nice going Dahvie, sounding nervous for no reason is a great way to break the silence.

"Well since you put the album Evolution why don't you put the song Love Conquers All...you know if you want..."

Ok? He's blushing again and I think I am too.

"Ok sure thing Jayybear"

Fuck did I really just say that out loud. I hope he takes the name casually cause I don't want to be questioned about it. I'll sound ridiculous if I say yeah I called you Jayybear cause I think the nickname is cute like you and while I admit that might as well just tell you that I love you... Yeah I've had feelings for you for about a year or so now.

"Thanks... Dahvs"

Finally the movie theater! I can't take THIS silence any longer.

"So Jayy what movie do you want to watch?"

"I don't know anything I guess... well I did invite you so you should chose a movie but I'll pay"

"I can't decide you chose one Jayy"

"Ok I'll chose um... Oh how about a horror movie?"

I just nodded and Jayy bought the tickets for the two of us. We went inside to buy the popcorn and stuff and again Jayy would not let me pay. He bought us each a soda but the thing is he only bought one big popcorn tub for the two of us. I'm not complaining I actually liked the idea of sharing with him but I don't think he meant it like how I would... would he?

"Were do you want to sit Dahvs?"

"How about towards the middle back or just at the back I guess..."

"Lets sit at the very back"

We sat at the very back of the theater. The movie started and I liked it but every now and then Jayy and me would accidentally reach for the popcorn at the same time. I would be careful enough to try not to reach at the same time because I didn't want to accidentally reach for his hand. That would be akward.

After the movie ended Jayy asked if I wanted to go to eat somewhere.

"Jayy we don't have to I mean you've spent a lot of money today and I have not even pulled my wallet out once"

"Dahvie it's ok I don't care about the money lets just go somewhere out to eat please"

"Fine we can go somewhere to eat but I'll pay no excuses"

"Dahvie come on I offered I'll pay"

"No Jayy I said no excuses"

"Fine but I chose where... How about oh I know"

"Where?"

"I'll drive so come on"

Jayy took us to Chipotle and I was still confused if I could consider this a date or not cause I mean we went to the movies and now we're going to diner. I doubt he likes me though so I don't know... I guess we're just handing out. Just hanging out... right
