Love has no boundaries
Chapter 3
A month later Melissa was not feeling very well. She didn't know what was wrong so she went to the drug store to get her a pregnancy test. When she got there she had a jacket on with a hood, but somehow Justin saw her. "What do you have in your hand?"
Melissa didn't want to tell him. She thought he didn't need to know that she might be having his child because she knew he would most likely try to kill the innocent life form inside her.
Melissa put in behind her and said. "I have nothing in my hand now if you excuse me I need to pay for it." She quickly turned around and just held the test in her hand. Justin quietly looked at what she bought and got angry. Melissa was walking to Selena's when she felt a hand over her mouth. She was blacked out.
Justin knew Melissa would not want to be away from Selena so he used this exact moment to get her away so he can love her even if he had to force her to love him too.
Soon she woke up at a persons room. She heard a familiar voice. "You are such a liar you know that?" Melissa saw Justin was on top of her smirking. Melissa shook her head. "I wasn't lying I did not have anything behind me." She said. Justin slapped her and said. "Liar!" He then said to her find out if she was pregnant or not. Melissa then went in his bathroom and took the test.
Melissa was scared for her life. She didn't want to get hurt because she might be pregnant she just wanted to be in the arms of her loving wonderful girlfriend . She didn't understand why he just wanted to hurt her when he can have his way with someone else. That didn't help her because she was right in his bathroom and was being held on an imaginary leash. If she couldn't see that life was alright why can't Justin see that hurting someone is not the solution to getting their own way in life.
Five minutes later Melissa looked at the test and it read positive. Melissa wanted to shed tears but she didn't want him to know. Justin then said. "So are you pregnant with the demon?" Melissa had to defend her baby no matter the consequence. "My baby is not a demon, you are Justin." Justin beat her up until Demi came by and stopped him.
In the ambulance Demi was really scared. She hated Justin for what he did to her friend. They haven't know each other that long but they still love how they can get along with each other quite well.
Melissa was in a zone where she couldn't see anything or anyone. All she wanted was Selena to be here to tell her everything would be alright that she'd never leave her side. She just wanted to be safe, she felt like she was in the middle of nowhere. She felt she had to do everything on her own and she didn't like the feeling. She had to go through that when her older siblings left her elementary school to go to Jr. High school. It was hard for her to be bullied by every one in school because no one really cared about her. In Jr. high school she had more friends but still felt alone in the school. But she knew that if she had her friends then shed be okay with the rest of the world not liking anything about herself. She was going to accept herself for who she was. She didn't want to change her personality for anybody so she decided to just stay as herself. She never imagined that shed be able to get a girlfriend that was a celebrity and accepted her for who she was.
Selena wanted nothing more than for her girlfriend to be alright. She rushed to the hospital to make sure that her girlfriend was still alive. She just hoped that no powerful harm came to Melissa, but knowing Justin there was very small chances for Melissa to not be hurt very badly right at the spot since he seems to just want Melissa as his toy. When Selena got to the hospital she was worried for the sake of Melissa's health. Since her father abused her and so did Justin she wondered if she'd make it or not. She saw Demi and walked over to her. "How is she?" Demi turned around to see Selena. "She's doing alright, but there is something you need to know." Selena was anxious about the news. Demi sighed and said. "Melissa is pregnant with Justin's baby." Selena stood there shocked. 'How could he hurt my love like that. I can't believe he would hurt an innocent human being. Why would he intentionally try to hurt an unborn baby who is innocent as well.' Selena didn't care that the baby was Justin's she wanted to help raise the child with Melissa even with her career going off to a big start. "Can I see her? Do you know how the baby is?" Demi nodded. "Yeah, you can see her. The doctor said the baby was doing fine and that she is about 2 months along I think."
Selena entered her room and saw Melissa who looked really pale. She walked over to her girlfriend and sat on the chair beside her and held her hand. "Oh my gosh Melissa. I'm so sorry I wasn't there to get you away from Justin." Melissa heard her girlfriend and wanted to smile but couldn't. Demi came in and smiled slightly. "Why did Justin do this to her?" Selena asked herself. Demi put her hand on her shoulder and said. "I'm sorry this happened to her, but I do know that she will be able to wake up soon.." Selena looked over and smiled. "I'm happy you're in here with me. I didn't think that Melissa would be hurt this badly."
Demi seriously hoped that Melissa would be alright. Selena looked like she was dead without her. She knows her best friend found the one that she can't live without. She knew Selena would love the baby no matter what the circumstances was that would come along the way. She also knew it'd be hard to handle a baby. She knew Selena would be a great mother just like Melissa can be, she was just nervous that Selena would not have enough energy for her career. "Do you think I'll be a good mother, Demi?" Selena said getting Demi out of her thoughts. Demi smiled and nodded. "I think you'll be a wonderful mom to the baby. Are you sure you will have enough time to continue your career?" Selena nodded. "I know I will. I can't live without Melissa, and she knows I love my career. If I don't have enough energy, I'll stop and help Melissa. Because she matters more to me than my career." Demi smiled happy Selena has found the one that she could say she'll leave her career for. You don't really get that anymore from celebrities. They get money hungry it gets harder and harder for them to see why they became famous in the first place.
Melissa woke up seeing Selena by her side sleeping. She smiled and tried to move but groaned in pain which got Selena to wake up. "Are you alright, my love?" Melissa shook her head. "I feel hopeless." Selena raised an eyebrow. "Why do you think that, beautiful?" Melissa said. "Because I'm pregnant and I'm all alone." Selena shook her head and said. "You're not alone beautiful. I am here for you and the baby. I love you both so much. I'm excited to become a mother." Melissa then asked. "Even with your career on a great tangent?" She nodded. Melissa smiled and scooted over to let Selena sleep beside her. Selena climbed in the hospital bed and wrapped her arms around Melissa's waist. "I love you Melissa." Melissa smiled and said. "I love you too Selena."
