Falling for her. (Rilaya)

Chapter 19.

Rileys pov.
I sit on a seat next to Maya's bed as Maya laid on the hospitals bed with her eyes closed and slowly breathing. I still can't believed this happened...Lucas has been arrested and is in court at this very second.

Last time I visited Farkle he was on life support just like Maya but Farkle is awake.. But Maya isn't. Maya is in a coma and she's not expected to wake up. Maya had been stabbed 3 times but luckily it wasn't in a bad place like Farkles. He had been stabbed in the chest right where his lung is so he has difficulty breathing. Maya lost lots of blood that day, that's why Maya is in a coma.

I held Maya's hand and I whispered "Maya.. Please wake up" tears form in my eyes and run down my nose and cheek "I can't do this life thing without you.. I-I love you more than anyone In this world and i would trade you for anything in the world." Tears drop from my fave and lands on Maya's hand. "Please wake up" but of course she doesn't.

A nurse walks in and she says "Visiting time with Maya is over, but you can see your other friend Mr Minkus if you like." I shake my head "I don't want to leave Maya's side." The nurse then says softly "It's ok Ms Matthews, Maya is in good hands, plus you need to go for Maya to heal quicker, you want that right?" I slowly nod and I get up and leave.

I then walk into Farkles room and he was awake. "hey Farkle" I say rubbing my eyes and face to remove my tears. "H-how's Maya?" He chokes out. Poor guy, his breathing is so bad he can hardly talk. "She's still in the coma." I say and I walk over to his bed.

"I'm sorry your in this mess.." I say and he smiles weakly "it's not your fault.." I say "yes it is, if you didn't tackle Lucas to save me you would still be healthy." He then says even weaker "and what? Leave you to die? It's not how the Minkus's role."

Farkle then slowly closes his eyes and the heart monitor beeps a dead line and loudly. Soon nurses rush in and they say "You have to leave" I shake my head "NO FARKLE" a security guard then picks me up behind and takes me out of the room. The last thing I see is a white sheet go over his head.
