Chapter 36.

Maya's pov.
Riley ran away in tears into the bathroom and I run after her with still people who saw what happened whispering to eachother.

I go through the girls bathroom and saw one of the stalls shut and crying sounds and I knew it was Riley.

I knock on the stall and I say "Riley, we need to talk". She then opens the stall surprisingly and she says angrily "What!"

"Look I don't like Missy" I say and then she fires back "Then why did she kiss you and call you "babe?"" I sigh. I better tell her.

"Look when we had Pe Class I snuck off to get a drink from the water fountain and Missy followed me and when we were alone.. We started talking" I start and Riley looks at me with her arms crossed listening.

"When we talked she said that no one likes her and I said I do but I meant in a friendly way... And then she kissed me thinking I liked her in a relationship way and then she walked away. She thinks we are together but we're not ok Riley" I say hoping she understands and she nods.

"Fine I believe you, but you have to tell Missy straight that you are with me and not her ok?" She says. "Alright I will, thanks for believing me" she smiles and hugs me.
