C.Three

2 weeks later

Stepping out into the streets I took a deep breath. Jaden only allowed me to stay at least four steps away from the gates. He has been paranoid these past two weeks. Always stessing about where I go and who Im with.

"Charlize is that you!" Mrs Menna said from her garden across the road. Mrs Menna is a nice little old lady in her sixties and she lived with her grandchildren, Cooper and Carol.

"Hi Mrs Menna!" I called out. She put her hose down and placed her hands on her hips.

"It's been long darling, how's our man?" She called out.

"He's fine, he left an hour ago."

"Did he now, oh well we should have supper together sometime." She smiled.

"That would be lovely, tell the twins I said hie will you."

"Of course sweetheart." She switched the hose off and vanished into the house. I love that woman. She reminds me of my grandmother. Looking to my left I watched as a car slowly crept to a stop before my house. I held my breath and looked around hoping to find a witness if I got jumped. A man came out of the car and not to lie, he was fine as hell. Jesus. He bit his lip and ran his fingers through his hair.

"You got a second?" He said coming closer to me. I took a step back cautiously.

"Who are you?"

"My name is Justin. Im Jaden's friend. Is he here?"

"Nope." I said folding my arms over my chest. He nodded and sucked his teeth. His voice was familiar though.

"What's your name?"

"Charlize." I said.

"Are you is girlfriend?" He was staring at me and I huffed.

"Im his wife." My prayer must have been heard because Jaden's car pulled up behind Justin's car. He got out in record time and ran towards me.

"Hey." He kissed me hard and I pushed him away playfully.

"How are you Jaden?" Jaden's facial expression showed rage at its finest and he turned around.

"Get the fuck out of here!" He barked. His tone was scary and I even winced.

"I came to visit you man." Justin smirked wickedly.

"Well you've seen me. Now go." Watching Justin and Jaden staring each other down made me worried.

"Baby, let's just invite him in. Im sure he has something to say." I said placing my hand on Jaden's arm.

"You don't understand Liz." Jaden mumbled.

"So she doesn't know huh, why don't you make her 'understand'." Justin put emphasise on understand and I looked at Jaden.

"What is he talking about?"

"Nothing." Pulling my hand away Jaden tackled Justin to the ground. They both clawed at each other, punching and kicking. Something ripped and it looked like Justin's shirt. Taking action, I tried pulling Jaden off Justin. I was pushed away and again they started attacking each other.

"I told you. I would. Kill you." Jaden said inbetween blows.

"Do it bitch!" Blood dripped down from Justin's nose and without warning Jaden pulled out a gun from his back pocket. I grabbed Jaden by his collar and demanded for him to stop being stupid. Finally he relaxed and got off Justin but his gun was still aimed at him.

"Come on boy, shoot!" Justin urged, "be a man dammit!" He spat.

"Jaden don't do it. Whatever yall have going on can be solved. Don't kill him." I rubbed his arm and placed my palm on his cheek. Slowly he put his arm down, clenching his jaw. Justin smirked and got up from the pavement.

"I think you should leave Justin. Im so sorry for Jaden's behavior." I said and I heard a growl come from Jaden.

"It's cool ma. Me and him are settled already." Something wasn't right about this guy. He nodded and gave Jaden one more glare before walking off to his car and driving down the street.

"Jaden what was that for?" I asked turning back but Jaden was already gone.

Jaden

My phone buzzed on the counter and I answered it.

"Hello."

"Hey my boy. Look your mother and I want to see yall. So why don't you fly over here to Florida for a while." My dad, Will said.

"Is there a special occasion?" I asked.

"Nope, we just wanna see our two wonderful kids."

"Look dad, I know you're worried about me because of what happened recently but Im fine, really I am."

"Jaden it's not about that we just need to see yall." I huffed and thought about it. They're up to something I swear.

"Let me guess Charlize can't come?" My dad didn't favor her much unlike my mum.

"Im actually planning something for her birthday in two weeks. Mateo and Moises are coming." I said nothing and hung up.

"Willow!" She came in running along with Charlize, "pack up we're going to Florida. " I said. She groaned and walked out of the kitchen. Charlize raised her eyebrow and I just shrugged stealing a kiss from her.

An hour later we were seated in my private trying to entertain ourselves by annoying Willow.

"You're all annoying you know that." She hissed as Moises crumbled up a paper and threw it square in her face. She moved into the next room and we continued being idiots until we landed in Florida.

"Oh boy." I said stepping off the plane with Mateo, Moises and Willow trailing along behind me making jokes on the way to bus. It was a brand new three door Chevy bus. Leave it to dad to bring a big ass, expensive bus to the airport. Once we reached the beach house everyone charged out of the bus and I was left to take in all the bags.
