Wednesday morning at 5 O'clock

Chapter 9

John had gone home with a furious temper after the mishap at the studio. He was adamant that Michelle had took it. She was the only one up in the area where John had left it. The idea puzzled johns brain and made him frustrated as various ideas of how to catch her whizzed around.

John flung him self on the sofa;head in hands and knee gigging up and down. He sighed a self loathing sigh and lifted his head to see little Julian in front of him grinning.

"Why daddy sad?" He asked so innocently. His big eyes looked at johns small brown ones as he waited for an answer.

"Daddy's not sad...just frustrated that's all" John replied and pulled Julian into a tight hug. Julian hugged back and lead his head in the crook of johns neck. Tears started to fall from johns eyes and him an Julian hugged.

"John?whats the matter!" Cynthia asked, kneeling down next to John. He lifted his head, smiled and kissed Cynthia on the lips before pulling he into a tight hug.

"I'm sorry I haven't been the best husband or father in the world. I'm trying though. I love you both so much.." Johns voice cracked as he hugged them both. He then laughed and sat up. "Look at me crying like a poof. Let's get some dinner yeah"

John had called an emergency meeting the next morning to discuss what should be done about the master tapes. George Martin and Brian walked into the meeting room to find all four Beatles at the table.

"She's going to have to go"George Martin said, pointing towards Michelle.

"We told her but the the stubborn cow would not move" Paul said as Michelle scowled and stormed out of the room.

Once Brian and George Martin had sat down, they began.

"Before we get down to business, do you have any idea who might of took the tapes?" Brian said softly.

"Michelle!" Paul, Richard and John said in unison. George rolled his eyes and objected.

"I think it was John. He got Funny after Michelle looked at the tapes. He then put them in a bag and said he'd look after them"

"Why was Michelle looking at the tapes in the first place? That's private property" George Martin replied.

"Exactly. She had picked them up so I went over and took them off her. We showed you the tapes after if you remember rightly and John had left them in a special place near the recording booth. The same place where Michelle was stood before leaving with George." Paul shouted. The whole thing was causing him to get angry and red in the face. The little vain on his neck was starting to pulsate as he said his words loud and clear.

John smirked at George as Paul began to calm down. The whole situation was causing the band to fall apart. Brothers fighting brothers, band mates fighting band mates. After all their years of being together, they had never once ganged up on one member of the band.

"We're just going to have to go on lock down until this gets sorted out. You'll be checked once leaving and entering the building. And any visitors will have to stay far away from the recording studio and will have to be watched. Michelle mainly." Brian said as every one agreed. Everyone but George.

"You can't just push the blame onto and innocent woman. It's not right!" He shouted. George, being the quiet Beatle, shocked the others as he continued to rage. "Maybe she was in the wrong place at the wrong time but it doesn't mean she took them! You lot are so ignorant"

The room was quiet for a moment as everyone tried to go over what George had said. He could be right, but he could also be wrong. The ever growing tension in the room was growing and at any moment, would burst if nothing was going to be done.

"We're not pushing the blame on her, George. We're making it even. What we're saying is, is that it's a little bit suspicious her being here all of a sudden and then the master tapes going missing." George Martin said before him and Brian left the room.

"Well I guess we see what happens then" Richard said as the band got up and left.
