The Beatles all studied what Paul had spotted. It troubled their minds as to why or who would kidnap Michelle? Had she done something that had gotten her into trouble?
George bit his lip, trying to figure out to who would take her. He thought back to the very night he had met her. She was very scared and worried. George looked up from the marks and put two and two together;the man.
"Um lads I think I might of figured out to why she was taken" the rest of the band looked up and George, giving him a look that said 'carry on'. "The night I first met Michelle, she was very scared and worried. Reason being was that she owed money to this man and he was chasing her. Maybe that's the reason she's gone. Maybe he's found her and took her!" George's voice held worry and he hated the fact that it was so noticeable but he couldn't help it, he was scared for her.
John looked up at George and sighed.
"We'll find her George, don't worry"
...
George sat on his sofa staring off into space. He couldn't help thinking about all the possibilities that could of happened to her. Maybe she's lying in a ditch some where, maybe she's dead...
George couldn't think about it any more. It made him hurt.
"George, are you ok?" Pattie said walking in. She sat down next to George and took his hand in her own.
"Just nervous about the whole album. What if it doesn't go down as we all planned?" He said quickly. Pattie shook her head and smiled.
"George. You know very well that this album is going to be huge. Stop getting yourself in a bother and look at it as a positive thing." George smiled and leant into Pattie. He loved her so very much;from the first day they met on set for A Hard Days Night. George would always love her, until the end of time, until his heart stopped beating and until the world stopped turning. But he just couldn't help but feel the same way towards Michelle. It was very wrong and no matter how hard he tried to stop the feelings, they just wouldn't leave. They had imprisoned him;leaving him helpless.
George sat up and sighed.
"I've got to go to John's to talk about...the album. I'll be back late" standing up, George kissed patties head and made his way to John's.
...
"Do you have a rough idea of where she might be?" John asked George as they sipped their tea. George shook his head sadly.
"Not a clue. I met her at a pub so maybe she's there" John nodded and scratched his head. The annoyance on John's face was obvious but George kept his comments to himself, remembering that John was helping him.
"We're going to have a band meeting tomorrow. This is obviously churning around on your mind and with the release of the album coming up and the album shoot coming, I want you to be full focused. We'll find her George" George smiled, not wanting to say anything.
Silence took over the two of them as they sat drinking their tea. It wasn't an awkward silence however, instead it was a comfortable silence, a silence where both band mates could figure out where Michelle had gone.
Both George's and John's faces held concentration as their eyebrows scrunched together. To any one else, this would me amusing to watch, but to them it was something serious that had to be dealt with.
" I think I'm going to go home mate, tell Cynthia I said thank you for the tea" John nodded and said a goodbye as George left the house; his head hurting from the endless thinking.
