PARTY CRASHER

I'm so sorry the update took longer than expected, I had some kind of writers block. Now I'm focused, let's go! ✧٩(の❛ᴗ❛ の)۶

(Benson's pov)

The party's only 5 minutes away, the guests are already packing up the space in the place. Muscle man really outdone himself, I texted mordecai to get rigby ready for the party. While waiting for rigby to arrive I checked all the equipments to see if they are all functioning right, when I was inspecting the DJ table a single white feather fell gracefully onto my shoulder. In curiosity I grabbed the feather and looked up, I saw a big bag filled with feathers. "What is this?" I asked myself, then I start inspecting the ceiling and I saw a bucket just hanging at the top.

My face turned red in anger knowing what scenario I'm in, muscle man is going to prank rigby right in front of all these people, I should've  known it's his last day to prank after all. I angrily stomped my way off the stage and pushing the crowd away from me looking for muscle man, eventually I found him with fives near the chocolate fountain. I grabbed his collar and pulled him close to my face "get the bucket down. NOW" I said as serious as I can. "Dude it's just a prank, he'll get over it" muscle man said without a care. I pushed him away from me and growled "Mitch if you don't get the bucket down I swear to God i'll-" my words we're cut off when I heard the sound of the front doors opening.

And there he was standing with an innocent clueless face, "WELCOME TO THE PARK RIGBY" everyone screamed. Rigby stood there with a smile still speechless, mordecai grabbed his wrist and pulled him towards pops and skips. And following behind them is the guy I gave a ride earlier, when I was about to finish my business with Mitch. He had left leaving fives eating a chocolate coated strawberry, "where did he go?!" I asked fives. Fives pointed at the massive crowd dancing and grinding at the rhythm of the beat, I took a really long sigh and practically dashed in and started to find muscle man.

(Rigby's pov)

Mordecai pulled me towards pops and skips and pops suddenly just gave me a big warm hug. "Welcome to the park rigby!" He said in his usual jolly tone. "I've got a little thing for you" pops said as he rummage through his wallet to take out two blackcurrant flavoured lollipops. He handed me them and I gladly to em, "thanks pops! I love blackcurrant!" I said while shoving the lollipops down my pocket, I'll save it for later. Skips gave me a pat on the back to congratulate me, he too gave me a gift.

Its a medium sized dream catcher and it's decorated with beautiful brown fur and multi coloured beads. I thanked skips for the gift and I put it around my neck since the thread was long enough to put it there. I almost forgot Thomas who was drinking a cup of cola behind us, I grabbed him by the shoulders and introduced him to pops and skips. He was nervous at first but eventually he warms up to them, Thomas and skips are bonding quite fast despite the lack of the same interests.

Mordecai again dragged me off to another place without warning, we stopped at the chocolate fountain and I was left confused by mordecai, "dude stop dragging me to places" I whine. He just chuckled and handed me a big book sized box with a black ribbon. I opened it and what I see shocks me, it's the new 'the amazing book is not on fire' written by Dan and Phil. I stood there for a second and then I just launched myself at mordecai giving him a big hug, "OHMYGOSH THANK YOU MORDO!" I screamed and without thinking about it much I kissed his cheek, then I stood up straight to look at my new book. "This must cost an arm and a leg!" I gasp, "naw...it just cost cash" mordecai laughed. I kept on thanking him over and over again, "it's really no problem dude. Just a 'welcome to the park gift'." I smiled and lightly punched his arm, tonight is the best night ever.

(Benson's pov)

I've been searching for Mitch for over an hour now, since when is it hard to look for a green coloured man? I rest my body against the wall for a bit before I start looking for him again. But then I saw skips skipping towards the stage and grab a mic, the mic let out a loud agonizing sound for a few seconds. The crowd let out groans of displeasure and skips just utter a sorry through the mic. "I would like say congratulations to rigby for passing the annitiation, most of the people who try for a job here left after a big whoop in the ass" skips say to the mic as small laughter from the crowd  filled the room.

"So rigby, before we fully accept you into the park. You have to take an oath, so come up here! And also along with the rest of the crew!" Skips continue as the crowd clapped their hands. I walked slowly towards the stage and I saw rigby already in the middle of the stage. Mordecai not far from him with pops beside him and of course beside pops is Mitch. Smirking at rigby, with a low growl I stomped my way to the stage and stood beside muscle man, I grabbed his forearm and pulled it closer to me with force and whispered "you better stop what you're trying to do or you're fired". Mitch pulled his arm away from me and replied "you're not the one that got the power to do that Benson, we both know that. Pop's dad is the real boss here, you're just our manager".

I growled at his reply because I know he's right. I only say those things to scare the crew and for them to focus on the job. Skips was talking about the oath blah blah blah. I'm to lazy even to listen, I know what's about to happen and I just let it happen. I'm a shitty guy, finally rigby finished his oath and we all said "welcome to the park rigby!" And clapped. Then I noticed that fives was not at the stage, I look around to see Mitch talking to walkie talkie with a serious face.

And I specifically heard him say "drop em" and I was waiting for the worst to happen. But to my surprise, I felt some sort of liquid fall beside me and right on top of Mitch. I stared in awe as did the crowd, and then I heard something swing and I look beside to see a bag of feather swinging towards me, luckily I ducked in time and the bag hit Mitch making him look like a bird covered with oil. We were all so shocked and before you even knew it, the crowd bursted out laughing. Even I can't help but bust out a chuckle, Mitch looked furious.

Fives floated right in front of him from above and said "you need to learn to not take pranking too far dude, belive me. You need this" and he vanished. Rigby walked over to Mitch and asked if he was alright, because he's basically the only one who's not laughing. Mitch just walked away furiously also shoving rigby out of his way. "Gezz, is he in his period or something?" Rigby said with confusion.
