H.Granger's POV
3 weeks later after the little incident in the hall way-things went pretty well to be honest! I got A+ on my Potions assessment and Draco got B+, he was pretty proud of that actually! He asked if he can study with me and so I let him, that was why he got B+!
I was sitting in front of the fire in the Gryffindor common, when a red haired girl came out and sat next to me. There was a minute of silence until she broke the silence.
"A-are you Hermione Granger?" She stuttered I faced her with a smile on my face
"Yes! You must be...uh...Ginny Weasley!" I corrected myself "-your Ron's younger sister right?"
"Yea! Aha!" She smiled - me and Ginny talked for awhile, when Ron came in and stared at us, of course we stared at him aswell. He quickly set off outside and I followed him wanting to know what's up.
"Ron!" I said his name as I stop him
"What do you want?" He asked not making eye contact
"No, look at me! What's wrong?" I asked completely ignoring his question- he mumbled something but I couldn't really hear him!
"What..?" I whispered
"Your completely clueless aren't you? You don't even notice!" He raised his voice
"Clueless??" I whispered taken aback!
"I like you Hermione! Of course, you don't notice because you're always with Malfoy!" He said
"Wh-"
"Forget it...." He cut me off and walked away, but I stop him
"I'm so sorry Ron...but you can be friends with me still....and I can hangout with you anytime, you're in the same house as me!" I suggested smiling
"..really..?"
"Really." I assured him and I gave him a hug
"And yes I did notice Ron. When Draco stormed off leaving me you were there so I can have a shoulder to cry on-your like a brother to me!" I smiled pulling away from the hug.
Ron smiled "huh, yea thanks Hermione!"
