-Narrators POV-

Tony and Ziva were heading towards the deck to accompany Tim, Gibbs, and the frantic crew. Because of the bomb threat, the entire crew was ordered to assemble on the deck. However, there was one man who lurked behind. He shadowed Tony and Ziva, waiting for the perfect moment to slip a piece of paper into both of their pockets. And finally, just before they arrived on deck, he did. They didn't notice it, of course.

"Find out anything from the captain, boss?" Tony asked as they approached.

"The Eisenhower was scheduled to be docked at Norfolk when the bomb was set to go off." Gibbs answered.

"That's it? Could just be a coincidence." Tony offered. Gibbs gave him the 'Gibbs stare' and Tony remembered rule 39. As they boarded the plane, Tony gave himself a headslap. "That was on me."

The ride home was a bumpy and boisterous one. When they arrived in the bull pen, McGee wasted no time in checking out the events occurring in Norfolk. Tony and Ziva, not knowing what they were supposed to be doing, simply hung out when Gibbs left for Abby's lab.

"So am I clearing out closet space?" Tony asked Ziva as they sat down at his desk. Ziva smirked and nodded in response. "Oh! Your keys!" Tony exclaimed, stuffing his hands in his pockets. Instead of finding keys, however, he found a slip of paper.

"What's that?" Ziva questioned.

"All it says is the letter D," Tony responded, "Check your pockets." So, Ziva did. She discovered a slip of paper as well, only it read the number 12.

"McGee. Check and see if anything comes up with a D or a number 12." Tony ordered as they walked over.

"I don't remember anything popping up, but I'm about to check the ships that are docked. Hold on..." McGee typed in some words into the computer... "There's one result. The USS Dunham is docked at Norfolk. That could be our next ship!"

Gibbs walked in just as McGee revealed the news. "Let's go." He barked.

Tony looked at Ziva with despair. "This is gonna be a long night."
