While the campers were training, Percy went out of his cabin. With the need to win, he was willing to do what he could for the campers in order to win. Even if it meant physical contact with them. By that, it meant correcting the stances of them while battling.

He walked around camp and saw Jason using a sword to fight a robot. The robot was programmed by the Hephaestus kids so that it would defend itself so well there were no loopholes for the person training to beat it. The only way it would stop moving is when the camper puts two hands in front of its face to signal surrendering. But Percy could immediately spot a loophole in the machinery.

The robot was programmed to defend itself so that the campers would not be able to stab it, but Percy was no longer a camper, and he could see things faster, annalyze things faster.

Campers were lacking in speed, even if they had the muscles. Campers were more focused on the top part of the opponent's body, so the bottom part of the robot was going to be untouched. What they needed to do to beat the robot was to quickly hit its legs to immobilise it. Percy smirked to himself.

Jason was tiring out already. His stamina blatantly sucked. After a while, he raised both of his hands up and staggered out of the arena. He took a sip of water and sat there to rest.

Percy sat down next to him. Jason lifted his head up, sweat dripping down his forehead. "Hey, Perce, I'm sorry, y'know. I should have stuck with you. I wasn't a good friend, like you were, and I'm sorry."

I didn't come here for this. Shut up. Go away. Get lost.

At this moment, Hayley arrived. Oh thank Chaos.

"What are you guys doing?" Jason immediately stopped rambling. He flushed a little. Percy heaved a sigh of relieve. "Oooh, training, I see." She continued. "I'll leave you guys alone, then."

Jason looked down, clearly still apologetic. Percy took a big breath and pulled Jason up. "Come on, I'm here to help you train." He even tried to fake a smile, but nah, it didn't come.

Jason looked at him for a moment, then sighed,"Okay. I know you haven't forgiven any of us yet, but please, try. We know how wrong we were already, we want our brother back."

Well you don't always get what you want.

"Watch and learn."

Percy wielded the sword in his right hand firmly. Then when the robot started to attack, he ducked repeatedly, like he'd done countless times in battles and training. Then, when he found an opportunity, he effortlessly stuck his right foot out and bent his left leg and swept the robot to the ground.

A bright red K.O. emitted from the robot's face (well, screen).

Not only Jason, but the whole camp, was staring at him with their mouths wide open. Percy thought their jaws were about to hit the ground.

Luke came out from his position and made a 'tsk' sound. "You see, Télos? This is why no one wants to spar with you." He teased.

"Woah, bro. Teach me to do that!" Jason punched Percy's shoulder.

Why else would I do that if I wasn't gonna teach you? Use your brains Jason, I even told you to watch and learn.

****
Hours later, Jason crawled out of the arena. Yeah, crawled. His knees were sore from bending so much, and his feet hurt from hitting the robot so many times. Well, on the bright side he actually succeeded in beating the robot. His throat was parched and his forehead had so much sweat it drowned his eyebrows and almost dripped into his eyes.

He could tell by the way the Chaos' soldiers fought that he had more to work on.

Percy meant business when he said they had to win.

I'm so terribly sorry for not updating. And i'm terribly sorry that this chapter might have sucked so badly. I legit just did this whole chapter waiting for the bus. This was such a filler and I'm so sorry. Maybe the next one will be better? Idk anymore.

On the side note, MERRY BELATED CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR! (Or yanno, a happy new year's eve)
