I had to help out during the fight. If I didn't the Alpha and the people in his pack would get hurt.

I have been hiding now for two days because the pack was yet again on high alert. The Alpha decided that once he got back after the fight he would start to make a plan in finding the mystery girl who helped out. So I've been hiding out in my cabin trying to come up with things to make sure my brain wouldn't explode with boredom.

I didn't have to worry about the safety of the pack thank god due to the fact that everyone was on high alert and were looking at all possible entries I could come in from.

I had been sitting down now for about an hour at my table trying to figure out the cost of the rent that I was going to have to bring up. Yes, I do have some sort of a normal job. I couldn't have come into the woods and stay here if I didn't have a way of earning money.

So I turned to renting out apartments and getting money from that.

Sighing, I dropped my pen and rubbed my eyes harshly. I haven't been doing things during the day so I've been staying up and wrecking my sleeping schedule.

Looking around I came up with the excuse that I needed to go into town to get some things from the store.

I smiled lightly to myself trying to act like a normal person getting groceries. Some of the pack were here getting food so I had to stay on high alert.

Looking up and down at the different cereals I frowned when I realised the one I wanted was on the top shelf.

Of course it was out of reach. Standing on my tippy toes I reached for the box multiple times and cursed when I still couldn't get it.

I could punch a werewolf in the face but I couldn't get a fuc-

"Here let me" someone spoke up behind me.

Looking up I see a hand above my head reaching for the box before coming down and handing it to me.

I turned around and put a fake smile on my face. Of course the fucking bodyguard had to be the one.

"Hm thanks I guess" I said quickly and quietly.

"Totally fine you help us I help you" he smiled with an amused gleam in his eyes.

Slightly glaring at him I answered back "What do you mean? I've done nothing for you?"

"It's okay I'll keep it a secret. You know, I've been wanting to talk to you for ages now but I could never find the right time but don't worry your secret is safe with me" he smirked again.

I stood there looking at him silently. How did he figure it out. Every scenario was going through my head and I came up with nothing.

"A wanderer always knows my dear" he smiled.
