Chapter 14:This Is War

"Thankgoodness you're back!"Jace shouted, looking relieved but I just kept my face straight, void of any emotion.

"Go Back to the house.I have important matters to do."I said in a low and demanding voice.

"What are you planning Diana?"Jace asked, concerned.

"I'm getting my little sister and My freedom back."I growled, my aura darkening every second.

"But--"

Before he could finish what he was saying, I grabbed his throat and pushed him to the ground.

"Do as I say and nobody gets hurt."I growled angrily.

He looked me straight in the eye and scrutinized me.He released himself by flipping my hand.

"Do what you want.But swear that you wouldn't let anything happen to you."He said with equal seriousness.

"This is war.You can't guarrantee anything."I said walking away.

I called for reisse in our mind link and he immediately appeared.

"Give me every detail you can find for the Dexon pack.And keep this as a secret.I need the information before dawn.Dismiss."I said leaving no room for conversation.He bowed and disappeared as quick as he came.

I went to mine and tyler's room and grabbed my torturing devices, weapons, and a pair of cloth.

I went to the bathroom and had myself cleaned before I set out.I've already thought things through.After this, I'm going to visit tyler, Then set out at dawn.

I ran to the hospital after I finished putting my clothes and walked in on tyler's room.

I wore, black shinny Leggings, Black leather jacket,black t-shirt and a cap and a black boots with pointed heels.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"Hey you're awake."I greeted.

"Fortunately."He said.

"That's good."I said smiling sadly.I walked over to him after throwing my bag at the couch.Somehow, somehow it feels wrong.Like I'm not doing the right thing.But I am.I know, I am.

I sat at the chair beside his bed and held his hand.I kissed it, looking at his eyes.

"That's all I get?"He asked mockingly.

"You'll get much more if you hurry up and Get healed soon."I laughed.I stood up and grabbed a glass of water. "Thirsty?"

"Nope."He answered, watching my every move.

"What?"I asked.

"Are you---Are you hiding something by any chance?"He asks.

"No.Why'd you asked that?"I snorted feeling good about my lying skill.

"Nevermind.I must've imagined it."He said shaking his head.

I sat back next to him and held his hand.

"I love you."I said smilling sadly.

"I love you too."He responded smiling also.

"Get well soon okay?The pack can't function without their alpha."I said.

"I know.Give me until tonight."He laughed and I nodded.

"You have until tonight then.Well I better get going.I have an importnant matter to settle."I smiled, standing up and grabbing my things.

"Wait!"

"What?"I asked.

"Stay just a bit longer?I missed you."He smiled.

I bit back the tears.I have a mission to finish.

"Okay.30 minutes wouldn't hurt."I said smiling.I sat back at the chair beside his and Unfortunately a tear fell which didn't go unnoticed.

"Why are you crying Babe?"He asked cupping my face.

I shook my head leaning at his warm hand. "I'm just happy.So, so happy." I lied.The tears broke and he motioned for me to lay next to him.

I obliged and we hugged in the bed like forever.Whatever the result of my actions later on...I would take responsibility for it.I will never forget this.

"You know....I had a dream."He suddenly said.

I hummed, not daring to speak because I now my voice would crack.

"My wolf talked to me.He said...He said I should stop dillydallying and protect my mate."

With this, I cried more.

"I got scared.So scared that I really woke up.And when I woke up I saw you storming out of the room.Later on I heard you howl."He said."What happened?Why are you in pain?"

"I'm not.I just...it's nothing."I said."Please, let's not talk about it.Let's not talk about it when we're alone together."

"Dianna, you're my mate.It my sound pathetic right now seeing as I'm in a bed with strings in my hand but I wiil protect you.I won't let anything happen to you.I don't want to see you burdened or hurt or in pain.Please let me help."He said.He sounded so serious and so dependable that I almost told him.But I couldn't.

I couldn't give him more burden on his shoulder.Besides this is my battle.I can't afford to drag people in my own fight.I have to face this.Alone.

"You're thinking into things too much tyler.relax.I'm fine."I laughed.

"You don't have what it takes to be an actress.Everybody can see right through you."He said.Boy you have no idea.

"Awww...My baby can't even trust me now????"I cooed.

"It's not that.It's just... sigh...This is difficult."

"Exactly.That's why I'm telling you to make it easier for the two of us and just let it go.I'm perfectly fine ty.Don't worry yourself because of nothing."I smiled. "Anyway I got to go.School things.Byyyeee.Get well soon love."I smiled smilling widely.I tried to stand up but he just won't let go.

"Tyler."I giggled.

"What?"He replied with a little chuckle.

"Com'on ty.If I fail my senior year I would so blame you."I giggled.

"What? You don't need to study.You already graduated and even if you haven't, it doesn't matter anyway.You're gonna be my luna and You wouldn't need to study because I will support you forever.I won't let you starve or even have a difficult life."He said smiling at me.An innocent smile that would just make you melt.

"That's just cliche."I laughed.

"Hey! I've always dreamt of saying that to my mate, how dare you say that."He said mocking hurt.

"Because I can and Because you love me whatever I may say or do."I said stucking my tongue out.

He laughed at my childishness.

"Bye bye."I said childishly grinning at him, trying my hardest not to cry.Again.

I turned around before he could even stop me.I've made my decision.Goodbye.
