Chapter 2

"I'm what?!"I ask outranged.

The guard backed up, obviously scared.

"Y..you are a-asked to guard alpha sophia.M-ma'am."He stutters.

"Calm your booties."Jace says smiling."you may go now.We will deliver our answer later."

"T-Thank you."The boy stutters.He ran, probably thankful of Jace's intervention.

"I.Need.A.Run."I say feeling my hair grow out.

"I said calm down."Jace says, his power overpowering mine.He has been using his Alpha powers for a while now when telling us to do something.It's not a problem among the rack members.They've been in a pack Long enough for them to get use to following rules and they're more than willing to follow Jace as their alpha.That's a good thing I guess.As long as it's just us and we don't try to let anybody else know.

Well fuck.I cursed in my mind.

"It's just a proposal.You can accept or decline."Jace said.

I know that but...

"What in the world were they thinking putting me in that low class rank?!"I hiss.

I have never ever felt this insulted my whole life!

"It's a good proposal."Jace shrugs."Besides it's better than what you're doing now."He says as he pour himself wine."Who knows what's going to happen to you while you're battling those monsters outside the border."

I growl at that."This is a war--"

"I know,This is war.Nobody is safe.If nobody will take the lead, who will? You have been saying those words for who knows how long but do you even wonder how I feel whenever you would go out there?I would stay up all night every time thinking what the hell is happening to you.Hell even jill Does.So please just do us the favor and accept the proposal."He says as he drink from his glass.

"I was born to do this."I insist.

"What?To be a female leader, training, killing and commanding wolves to kill?Are you kidding me?"He snorts.

"Don't provoke me."I glared.

"Then accept the Proposal!I swear if something happens to you out there...I have been waiting for so long for them to take back what rank they've given you a long time ago. Just accept it.Please."He begs, not looking at me.

I shake my head."You're impossible.How can you say that when you know how much I love doing what I do?"

"Do you, really?You love killing wolves?For what?What are you trying to prove?That you're strong?!Guess what, genius?Everybody's scared of you!They all think you're some killing werewolf robot that do what the higher ups tells you to do!"He snaps.

I take a step back and stare at him unable to believe what I've just heard.That can't be.I mean, I know they fear me in some ways but...

Oh God.

I turned around and reached for the door.

"You have to understand, Diana.This is for your own sake."He begged.

I shook my head.No.This isn't for my sake.I don't care whatever might happen to me.I don't give a damn anymore.

"Leave me alone.You're not my mother."I muttered as I change to my wolf and charge to the woods.

It's these times that I really needed somebody to understand me.You know that feeling when you're so alone and nobody understands you?
