"Oh my gosh its so hot out here what was i thinking?"
We stood in the parking lot and did flag fundamentals in our block. We got new squads and I was in Yesenia's which means I didnt have to worry about Oscar anymore and I still had Chloe which made me really happy.
Band camp made me realize how much I wasnt in shape. I was in Softball but quit this summer for Colorguard and I was exhausted everyday.
Band camp is basically the whole band learns the show all August. It was the most tiring thing I have ever done. Our show this year was Dies Irae (youtube Chisholm Trail Ranger Regiment Dies Irae if you would like) and it was a lot of running.
On top of learning the show Oscar and I got a lot closer. Even though he had a girlfriend we talked day and night about everything and even skyped on the days we only had afternoon band camp. Also right before one of us went home we would give eachother a hug. I even went to the movies with him on my birthday.
I couldnt help to grow a bigger crush on him. I remember when we stayed up until 3 am and we talked about fairytale creatures and how beautiful rain storms were. And even though he had a girlfriend I felt like I was his.
