The first thing Aralyn can remember from when she was young is fighting. She was 2. She was in a fight with her parents speaking like she was 5. She doesn't know how she could speak so fluently, but she could. And she had to be the bigger person and give in. She's always tried to be the bigger person because well, that's how she acted when she was young. She never understood why, but something just tells her she was meant to be the bigger person and when she is it always has the best outcome. When the other person is the bigger person it just goes wrong to the worst extent, but enough about that. She can remember the first time she ran away. She was again 2. She just felt so upset there was just so much that she didn't understand that was just frightening. And to 2 year old her frightening was really frightening. For crying out loud she wasn't scared of Harry Potter. She watched Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone when she was 2 and it was surprising relaxing. She doesn't know why, but it made her so relaxed that she fell asleep. Not because she was bored, but it was sort of soothing. And she was seeing the part where there was a talking hat. Now that shit can scare fucking 8 year olds, but not her it relaxes her. And she thanks her grandparents for letting her watch it with them. She doesn't remember seeing all of it. Well she was 2 so she's not supposed to remember anything from that age. She just had some rough spots from the beginning. And that's what I'm trying to say, but there were the good times too. She doesn't remember much from the beginning. She does remember good things and bad things. It was probably the most even with good and bad in her life. And she missed those days. And I know you are probably wondering. How can she remember that she was 2. You are not supposed to remember anything until you turn 5. I know and I don't understand why. I can't tell you why she does. She might never know.
