Vera pouted, her lips pursed. "It's not fair!" Vera snapped childishly, waving the broom in her hand.

"What isn't fair?" Hany asked, though she had already heard Vera's complaints a thousand times before.

"You've kissed him-," Hany cut her off, "He kissed me, there is a difference."

"Oh, whatever! Everyone's kissed him except me! When is it going to be my turn? You don't even like him and you've still gotten a kiss." Vera crossed her arms over her chest, her face turning red.

Hany frowned before shaking her head. "You act as if I volunteered to receive his kisses. I assure you it was the opposite."

"Oh but Hany it just isn't fair!"

"Why are you all so...so...obsessed with him? I'll admit that he's handsome but what is there beyond that?"

Vera shrugged, her eyes filled with curiosity. "I've heard nothing but wonderful things about his kisses. And...," her words trailed off as she around her to make sure no one else was around to hear her. "I've heard that his love making is simply toe curling!"

Hany stared at Vera for a moment before laughing. "Oh my goodness...you're all so lustful! Tell me something about the man...anything! His favorite color? His favorite food?"

Vera blushed beet red. She couldn't answer Hany's question because she didn't know the first thing about Andrew. "Oh...you're awful Hany. Truly awful."

Hany shrugged before cleaning off the counter, getting rid of the remnants of the day. "I'm just truthful is all."

Vera stayed silent for a while before sighing. "Hany?"

"What now?"

Vera ran over to the table and stared up at her with pleading eyes. "The next time Andrew comes over...do you think...just maybe-," Hany cut her off, "Just stay out of my kitchen."

Vera pouted again. "That's not fair! He only comes in here!"

"Well, then I can't help you."

Vera stomped her feet. "Ugh!" She turned on her heel and stomped out of the room.

"Finish cleaning up so that we can go to bed already!" Hany shouted after Vera, shaking her head at the girl.

She moved around the room with a ease. Storing unused food and cleaning. Once she was finished she stood back and smiled at her handy-work. She had been cooking since before she could remember, the kitchen had always been a source of comfort to her. She sighed, running her hand across the counter top before walking out into the adjoining hallway. She knew that if she didn't get Vera in line, nothing would get done.

"Vera?" Her call went unanswered and just as she went to call Vera again there was a knock on the door. She frowned but went to answer it.

She pulled the door open and groaned inwardly. "Mr. Hugh..." She said rather dryly.

He smirked at her before stepping inside. "Is my sister home?"

Hany scowl, "Yes but she's already gone to bed. And I'm sure she doesn't want to be disturbed."

He grinned big at hearing that. "I assure you I'm not here to disturb my sister."

"Well what do you plan on doing? Everyone's asleep and it would be nothing short of rude to wake them up." She said with her hand on her hip.

"Ms. James I'm here to kidnap you." He said truthfully.

Hany blinked, "Excuse me?"

"I just thought I'd warn you before hand."
