"Hey Styles how's that fit mom of yours?"
"Bet she's great in bed,"
"Like the loser would know anything about that, probably doesn't even know what sex is,"
I keep walking ignoring the insults being thrown at me. Guess I've grown used to it after dealing with it for three years.
I reach my locker, letting out a sigh when I see a sign attached to it "Faggot". Well they could at least be more original. I don't bother tearing it off there'd be another in no time.
" Okay I need my history book and my- "
My thoughts are cut off by a shove causing me to go face first into my locker door.
"Did the little nerd get hurt?" The menacing voice belongs to the captain of the football team, Zayn. "See you in class Styles," He barks before walking away with the rest of his friends.
Senior year and Zayn is exactly the same as he's always been - rude and aggressive. So much for maturing. The thought that I only have one more year in this prison comforts me as I make my way to homeroom.
Picking the seat as far away from my tormentors as possible, I zone out waiting for this class to be over. The teacher starts roll and I break away from my thoughts to listen for my name.
"Sydney?"
"Here"
"Josh?"
"Here"
"Zayn?"
"Here" Unfortunately.
"Harry?"
"Present Ms.Sykes," I ignore the mutterings of kiss up. They've all said much worse.
I briefly listen as Ms.Sykes calls the rest of the names. She calls one that catches my attention, "Andrea Richardson? It seems we have a new student today, class!"
"Oh um here! But I go by Andy,"
My eyes search for the source of the voice and then I see her. She's standing near the front of the class, obviously a bit uneasy. The first thing I notice is that she's gorgeous. She has long blonde hair that falls in loose curls, bright blue eyes, and a lovely smile. The second thing I notice is that she has an American accent. We don't get a lot of new people in Holmes Chapel, especially beautiful American girls. A look of disgust finds its way on my face as I watch Zayn blatantly look her up and down with a satisfied smirk on his face. He's probably making her his newest target.
"Well Andy, it's a pleasure to meet you! Oh my you're probably wondering where to sit! Why don't you go have a seat by Harry! He's right in the back," I gulp as Andy makes her towards where I'm sitting. I'm not exactly great with people, particularly girls.
My palms start to sweat as she sits down next to me. "Hi I'm Andy it's Harry right?"
"Y-y-y-yes I'm uh Harry," My mouth is dry and I can't seem to form my words properly.
She laughs lightly, "Nice to meet you, so got any advice for the new girl in town?" I really like the sound of her laugh.
My mind goes blank and I can't think of a single thing to say. "Um what's your schedule?" At least I didn't stutter.
"Here," she slides a neatly folded piece of paper towards me, "This school seems nice although, I have no idea what you guys are saying half the time. Guess I have to learn all the British slang," She is obviously trying to be friendly and start a conversation but, I'm not used to it. Three years of spending more time with text books than people doesn't do wonders for your social skills.
Looking over her schedule I notice we have two other classes together - gym and calculus. "Uh w-well I have fourth and uh sixth period with you. I could show you where to um go if you-"
"That won't be necessary Styles," Zayn is towering over our desk with his signature smirk on his face. "I can show you around love," His are trained on Andy except he isn't looking at her eyes.
"Thanks that'd be nice," Andrea smiles brightly at him but something tells me she isn't being genuine.
The bell rings and I hastily leave the class, Zayn being sure to trip me on the way out. Can't I get a break? I can't wait for this day to be over.

Lunch might be the worst part of the day for me. Maybe if I didn't have to spend it in the library everyday, I'd enjoy it more. Impatiently, I stand in line for my food hoping I can avoid being seen by the football team. Luck isn't on my side apparently, because Zayn is walking towards me. I nervously bite down on my lip, trying to brace myself for whatever is in store.
"Hey geek," Without a second for me to react, he has me pushed against the wall, hands gripping my shirt collar. "You're so pathetic mate. Look at you! Can't even defend yourself," He chuckles darkly and releases me; Not without grabbing my glasses and tossing them out of my reach. Unable to see very well I listen for his footsteps to fade away before I start looking for my glasses.
"Looking for these?" I faintly see a figure in front of me. However I do recognize the voice since there's only one person with an American accent here. I jump as I feel her put my glasses on for me, her touch gentle.
My eyes stay down avoiding eye contact, "Thank you," Andy smiles at me before leaving. I watch as she looks for a place to sit and of course Zayn waves her over. Not really in the mood for lunch anymore I head to the washroom. Looking in the mirror I study my reflection, seeing every insult that's been thrown at me. They echo in my head fighting to be heard, but all saying the same thing - I was pathetic.

The rest of the day passes by quickly. Andy seems to be attracting everyone's attention, not that it was surprising. She was someone that was worth attention. I can't help but let my mind wander to lunch, remembering her soft touch. No one had ever bothered to help me before, no one had even bothered to speak to me. Except Andy, she was different.
I shake the thoughts away. Harry stop. You're insignificant. She'll never want to even talk to you after she realizes that nobody likes you. My subconscious brings me back to reality. I know my place and it's not with a girl like her. But I still can't stop thinking about whats hiding in those blue eyes.
A/N: This isn't great bc I'm terrible at writing from Harry's perspective so the other chapters are much better. Not many chapters are going to be in Harry's pov after this mostly because I feel more comfortable writing from Andy's perspective! Hope you liked it and keep reading! Remember to vote and comment!
