But she likes the dandelion...

Maybe I'll get the dandelion...

Strawberry is her favorite flavor...

But she likes vanilla...

So I'll make vanilla...

I will do everything...

Everything to make her happy...

To make her smile...

I went to the hospital and went to her room... I saw her sleeping on the hospital bed... maybe if I placed the vanilla cake near to her nose maybe she will wake up...

I placed the cake beside her but she sounds asleep...

She looks cute... sleeping....

I placed the dandelion in the vase...

Maybe she will wake up if she would smell the sweet scent of the dandelion...

But... she is still asleep...

She really did have a hard time...

Going through various surgery...

"Len!"

I miss her sweet voice....

I held her hand and took out a small red box on my pocket...

Maybe if I let her wear this she will feel it...
