I Love Him- A Carlos De Vil Love Story (1 of 3)

First Date

(the outfit above is what she wears on the date, I did make it)

Sierra Pov
I spent about twenty minutes trying to find Evie, and when I finally did she was sitting at a picnic table talking to Doug.

"Hey Evie, quick question," I spoke after sitting on the edge of the table, "if I happened to be going on a date which I may or may not be...what would I wear?"

"Did Carlos finally ask you?" She practically squealed clasping my hands.
"No, I asked him" I replied simply a light blush on my cheeks.
"Were going to find the absolute perfect look for the occasion!" She declared before grabbing my arm. "See ya later Doug." She winked at the flustered boy before pulling me to our dorm.

"Okay, how about this one?" she said showing me a red skater dress with black leather fingerless gloves
"Red isn't really my color" I said after checking out the outfit.

"Carlos might like it," She replied with a small smirk.

"Let's try something purple maybe," I said pushing the dress back into Evie's closet.

"Okay, fine how about this" she sighed and pulled out a beautiful purple dress that looked practical enough. (the outfit up top)

"Perfect," I said taking the dress and getting ready with Evie's help by the time I was done it was already time to meet up with Carlos.

"Well I'd better go get Carlos" I said after checking the clock on the wall, "Thanks Evie, this means a lot." I hugged her goodbye and started in the direction towards Carlos's dorm.

I knocked on the door and Jay answered it, "Hey Sierra so I see somebody finally admitted their undying love for Carlos."
"Shut up Jay it's just a date there's no admitting any undying love," I chuckled and pushed past the long haired idiot, "so where's Carlos?"

"I'm right here" he announced walking out from their shared bathroom, he was wearing his signature two-toned leather jacket, black and red joggers and his combat boots.
"Wow you look beautiful," he said staring in awe.
"Thanks love you're not too bad yourself," I replied with a smirk.

"Shall we?" he asked holding his arm out for me to loop mine through, "we shall" I replied and looped my arm through his and we were off.

"You kids have fun but not too much! Don't have him out too late now Sierra!" Jay yelled from their doorway as we were walking away.
"No promises!" I giggled and sent him a wink.

"so where exactly are we going?" Carlos asked looking over at me.
"you'll see, it's a surprise" I replied sending him a smile.

So for our date I brought Carlos to the Enchanted Lake. We were sitting on the red checkered picnic blanket I had set up with a basket of food nearby.

"This place is amazing" Carlos said looking around at the sparkling lake and tall trees.
"I thought you'd like it, Ben helped a little" I admitted studying the adorable smile on Carlos's face.
"You were right" He replied with a soft smile.
"I never really thought I'd be here..." he admitted softly.
"In Auradon or a forest having a picnic?" I asked raising a brow.
"Both but more importantly on a date with you, I thought you had a thing for Jay to be honest," he said scratching the back of his neck.
"Ew gross, Jay's my best friend and love him like a brother but I would NEVER feel the way I do for you for him," I said in disgust.
"Well that's a relief," Carlos said swiping his hand over his forehead in faux relief. I giggled and he moved closer to me on the blanket.
"Can I try something?" he asked looking from my lips to my eyes them back to my lips.

I don't trust my words will come out audible, so I nod slightly instead. As soon as I did, I feel a pair of soft lips collide with my own.
I know this is gonna sound really cliche but as soon as he kissed me it felt like fireworks, no that wouldn't even describe the half of it, but it was unforgettable. After what felt like a few moments we pulled away, Carlos looked to be in a daze with a bright red blush spread on his cheeks.
"I really like you Carlos" I said sincerely interlocking our fingers.
"I really like you too Sierra" he said smiling and ran his thumb over the back of my hand softly.
"How about a picnic?" I asked as he pulled his forehead away from mine.

"Sure" he said stepping back some, he soon turned a bit pink on his cheeks.

I spread out the blanket and unloaded the basket I left here earlier for our date picnic.
"Which would you like, peanut butter cups, jelly beans, gummy bears, or finger sandwiches?" I asked looking through what I had brought.

"Peanut butter cups please" he replied excitedly, "How did you know I liked peanut butter cups?"

"Well the first day we got here you ate an entire box of peanut butter cups and had chocolate all over your face," I said smiling at what seemed to be a distant memory.

"Oh yeah" he smiles slightly, I opened the picnic basket and handed him the candy.

After we finished all the candy I brought with us, we went on a walk in the woods hand in hand.

"So why did you want to go on a date with me?" Carlos asked curiosity in his tone.
"I told you, I like you" I replied with a shrug.

He stops and pulls me close
"I wanted to say something but I'm not sure you would want me to..." he said with a nervous look on his face.

"Is it something bad?" I asked getting nervous myself.

"Sierra Facilier, I think... no actually I know I'm in love with you" he said gazing into my eyes intensely.

"I love you too Carlos" I said smiling brightly before closing the gap between us once more for a kiss.
