'Special Treat'

Sierra's Pov

We were in Remedial Goodness I was sitting in between Carlos and Jay, holding Carlos's hand to avoid anymore mishaps like the last time, when FGM decided to give us a 'special treat'.
"Children, excuse me. Um, as you know, this Sunday is family day here at Auradon Prep, and because your parents can't be here due to... Uh.. Distance, we've arranged for a special treat." She said then skipped back to the TV set up and turned it on to reveal Maleficent staring into the camera obviously not knowing how to turn on the computer on her side.
"I don't see anything nor do I hear," The Queen of evil said.
We saw all of our parents on the screen looking clueless as ever.
"Kids," FGM said motioning us over to join her by the monitor.
We all walked over to the screen, Carlos and I still holding hands, as he held Dude in his free hand.

"Is it? Is it?" Cruella asked.
"Press enter!" Jaguar shouted.
"Can I please see the remote?" Maleficent yelled at the Evil Queen "Is this thing on? Ugh, it's broken! I hate electronic equip--"
"Oh!" Cruella yelled suddenly.
"Evie! Its mommy. Oh!" The Evil Queen yelled, "Look how beautiful. Oh you know how they say the poiosn apple doesn't fall far from the tree."
"Don't you mean the weeds?" Maleficent said to EQ
"Ooh! Who's the old bat?" Cruella said looking at FGM.
"This is Fairy God Mother" Evie said introducing her to our parents.
"Still doing tricks with eggplants?" Maleficent asked with an evil smile on her face just as the rest of our parents did as EQ high-fived her.
"I turned a pumpkin into a beautiful carriage!" FGM corrected her angrily.
"You really couldn't give Cinderella until one A.M? I mean really." Maleficent cackled.
"What did the hamsters have to be back on their little wheels?"
All of our parents started laughing loudly.
"They were mice, they were not- they were mice!" FGM said looking not so happy with our parents, "They were not-"
"Thank you so much. Thank you," Mal said to FGM as she pushed her away gently.
"Hi mom" Mal said with a small wave.
"Mal!" Maleficent yelled once FGM stepped out of the way.
"I m-m-miss you," Maleficent said not sounding sincere at all.
"You children are never far from our thoughts," my dad added on not sounding at all convincing.
"How long must mommy wait to see you?" Maleficent asked Mal which actually meant 'when are you bringing me the wand!'
"Um, there's a big coronation coming up. Maybe sometime after... that" Mal explained to her mother as we stayed quiet behind her.

"When?" Maleficent impatiently asked.
"Friday, 10 am" Mal said not wanting to discuss the matter further.
"You sure I can't see you before that? I don't know what I'll do if I can't get my hands on the magic wan-" EQ bumped Maleficentwith her elbow cutting off her sentence, "you, you little nugget that I love so much!" She caught herself after being interrupted.
"Yes, I completely understand mother," Mal said with a fake smile on her face.
"Carlos is that a dog?!" Cruella shrieked getting in the camera, "Oh, yes, yes, baby I do understand. It would be the perfect size for earmuffs. And why are you holding that dreadful girl's hand?" Cruella asked clutching the stuffed dog on her shoulder looking at the screen in disgust. I rolled my eyes used to her annoyingly rude remarks, she never did like the idea of Carlos having a girlfriend.

"He's the perfect size for a pet. And Sierra is not dreadful she's the most beautiful girl I've ever met and I love her and she loves me! And FYI your dog is stuffed so give it a rest!" Carlos retorted not sharply at his crazy mom.

"Oh-ho! Burn!" Jafar said looking over at Cruella with a smirk.
"Oh! Why don't you go sell a toaster you two-bit sales man!" Cruella yelled back at him.

"People who talk to stuffed animals shouldn't throw stones,"
Jafar said to Cruella.
"Oh, well people who sell toasters shouldn't used mixed metaphors!" Cruella yelled
"Enough!" Maleficent yelled at the two.
Seeing that we've all had enough I turned off the monitor.

"I'm so sorry," FGM said looking at all of us sympathetically .
"Thanks for the special treat," Jay said with a fake smile.
"Of course," FGM said to us before we all turned and started walking out
"M? What do you think our parents are gonna do to us if we don't pull this off?" Evie asked once we were far enough away from the Fairy God Mother.
"I think they will be quietly disappointed in us, but ultimately proud of us for doing our best." Mal said trying to be optimistic.

"Really?" I asked not believing that was her true opinion.
"No I think we are definitely goners" Mal said before storming off.
We all walked out after her, with a glum expression on our faces.

"So it'll be up under the dais under the Beast's spell jar, and we'll be coming in from here. I will be in the very front. You all will be up in the balcony," Mal explained showing us the map of the hall.

"Okay so I'll find our limo, so we can break the barrier, and uh get back on the island with the wand." Carlos said with one of his arms wrapped around my waist securely.

"Perfect. Evie?" Mal said

"Yeah?" She answered.

"You will use this to take out the driver," Mal said handing Evie a perfume bottle, "Two sprays of this and he'll be out like a light."

"Okay." Evie said understanding her part of the plan accepting the little bottle.
We all looked at each other for confirmation.
"M? You wanna break Ben's love spell?" Evie asked surprised looking at the book Mal was holding.

"Yeah. You know, for after I don't... I've just been thinking, you know, when the villains finally do invade Auradon and begin to loot and kick everyone out of their castles and imprison their leaders and destroy everything good and beautiful," Mal explained.
Carlos and I looked at her from where we were sitting on his bed

"Ben still in love with me just seems a little extra... Cruel" Mal said looking at the table sadly.

3rd person POV

Jay got out of his bed. And walked over to his Tourney MVP trophy...

Carlos flipped over and looked at a sleeping Sierra with Dude cuddled up next to her. He kissed her forehead and sighed...

Evie sat on her bed and picked up her test that she got a B+ all by herself and frowned...

Mal was in the kitchen with the antidote to the love potion, while singing 'If Only' while tears ran down her face...
