Chapter Fifteen: My Mistake

~Niall's POV~

I can't believe I did that. I could have been on Katie's side the whole time she is in the hospital. but i'm not, I am going to Jail. I never thought this day would come, I mean I did know it was coming, but not for this reason.

"Name." the man said at the front desk looking straight at me.

"Niall. Niall James Horan." I said as I looked up at him and he was shocked.

"The Niall who selled drugs with his brother and stuff." he said as the cops held on to me tightly.

"Yes actually, you caught me." I chuckled.

""What did you do to that poor girl, Katie I think her name was." he said as he took me to a room.

"Now you are just going to ask me questions." I sighed as he nodded asking me too take a seat.

"Yes, Yes I am." he said as the cops sat me down and left the room to watch me, but I can't see them.

"So Niall, how did you meet this girl." he asked me.

"Well I was hanging out with my buddies, and im good now but I will explain that later, but any ways I was just walking around until I saw a girl and a man together, I wasn't trying to spy but she started to cry while he was feeling her up. so I went over and talked to him and she looked so upset, so I punched him as he walked away and I asked if she was ok, she said yeah so I took her home, obviously she was drunk, so I didn't know what to do, I couldn't just leave her out on the streets, or she would defiantly get raped." I said looking at him, he knew I was telling the truth.

"Are you guys sexually active." he asked as he kept writing stuff down.

"We were one time, but then she was raped by my enemy. she turned out pregnant with twins luckily they were mine." I said.

"Who is the enemy." he said looking directly at me.

"Louis, Louis William Tomlinson." I said as his eyes widen.

"Do you know where he is." he asked.

"He is dead." I said as he look confused.

"How did he die." he asked.

"House Fire."

"How did this happen."

"His gang member set it on fire and his boss told him to do that."

"Who was the boss."

"Simon Cowell."

"Your lying."

"No im not."

"How could you say that."

"He was a bad person."

"He was my Brother."

"Your simons brother." I said as my eyes widen.

"Yes I was he was a good man."

"Yeah to you, I worked for him and if I didn't get stuff done for him, I would be dead." I said.

"Well hes gone right."

"Yes he is and my members are trying to get the bad guys in custody." I said looking up at him.

"Ok Mr. Horan. we are done asking questions, and you will not be in jail for a year." he said.

the relief took over that I wasn't going to be in jail for a year thank god.

"You'll be in there for 10 months." he said.

"Well 2 months off, but thank you." I nodded.

"Your welcome, just you can visit Katie, but only monthly, you only get two more visits so use them wisely." he said before leaving as I felt tears stream down my face.

"Thank god it's 10 months, I love you Katie, and I hope to see you soon."
