France was being creepy again.
Very, very creepy.
Very creepy, as in he might be watching you sleep, creepy.
In fact, England was pretty sure that the last one was happening quite often now. He'd started to padlock the front windows. If anyone asked, he was just cold, alright? Or defending against Russia. What? Him? Being scared by a fishy freak called France? He was United bloody Kingdom! He would be able to tell that creeper to stay away from him JUST like he could hold up his liqour better than anybody.
Right?
And so, here begins the adventures of Arthur Kirkland. And his adventures in privacy.
