Loss of Ally. Gain in Ally

Kondo and Assaggi stared at each other in a different light. Her eyes show disbelief and horror. While Kondo had a shocked look. They stared into each other's eyes and realize they had the same eyes and nose.

"I'm related to a killer?!" Assaggi screamed in disbelief. She gets off of Imamu and backed away. "I don't believe you, Holly! There is no way I am related to him!" she screamed.

"It's the truth, Assaggi! He's related to you by your father's side. I know Kondo from the wedding of your parents." Holly pleaded. Fear could be seen in her eyes at her niece's anger and ferocity. She slowly walks toward Assaggi but doesn't get too close. "He is your cousin, Sierra." she whispered, using Assaggi's real name.

The loading of a gun stopped Assaggi's anger. She turns around to see Imamu aiming a gun at her. Instead of fear, she became angry. Flexing her long fingers, her fingers making a crack at the stretch. "You do not value your life, do you?" she asked venomously. Her teeth lengthened and became sharp. "Why don't we end this now?" she asked as her eyes changed to a lions' eye.

"Agreed." Imamu sneered before firing. But the bullet doesn't hit Assaggi. Instead, it flies passed her, and she hears something get hit and fall. Spinning around, Assaggi felt everything shatter when she finds Holly on the ground. Blood was flooding out of the bullet hole in her neck.

"NO!" Assaggi screamed and ran to her aunt. She falls to her knees and quickly picks up her aunt to hold Holly in her arms. "Wake up, Holly! Wake up!" Assaggi begged as tears ran down her face.

The light was fading from her aunt's eyes fast. Her breathing was rough and all that came out were gurgles. Assaggi pushes against Holly's chest to try and help get the air in her lungs. Tears ran down the lioness's face as she tries to stop herself from screaming. "Don't close your eyes!" Assaggi screamed.

Holly stared at Assaggi with dim eyes. A small smile slowly appeared on her face. "You remind me so much of your mother." Holly coughed before her heart stopped.

It felt like Assaggi's entire life broke in two. Ekon was murdered, Sanyu, Tau are missing, and now Holly, her only actual family, is dead. She held her lifeless aunt tightly in her arms. There was no sense of a beat in Holly's body.

Gritting her teeth together, Assaggi lets go of Holly and stands up. Holly's blood was all over the fur she wore. Her arms and legs were cut up and stained with dirt and blood. Angry breaths of air came out of her as she looked at Imamu through the screen of hair in front of her eyes. Her entire body shuddered from anger.

"You will regret everything you have done!" Assaggi roared. Her body rippled as she changes into her lion form. She launches herself at Imamu, and he wasn't able to dodge in time.

Her fangs dug into his shoulder. She shook her head to dig deeper into Imamu's shoulder to reach bone. Blood splattered all over her face and blinded her, but she ignored it.

'He'll pay! He'll pay for it all!' Assaggi's mind screamed.

Using all of her strength, she tosses Imamu to the side. As she strode toward him, she shape-shifts into her human form. "WAS MURDERING MY FATHER AND KIDNAPPING MY MOTHER AND FRIEND NOT ENOUGH! JUST HAD TO MURDER ALL OF MY KIN!" Assaggi screamed furiously. She grabs him and sinks her claws into his skin. Hoisting him up in the air, Assaggi made him look at her in the eye.

Despite the pain in his eyes, Imamu showed a sneerful look. "Your mother is still alive. Kill me, and you will never find her." he sneered.

Almost laughing, Assaggi says,"Did you not just witness what I can do? I can find my mother and every one who have taken from me." Her grip tightened and she begins to tear his skin till she could see underneath. "I was once taught by a bat that drinking the blood from your prey makes you stronger. It makes me wonder if I drink your blood, will it make me stronger or weaker?" she pondered aloud.

"Let him go, Assaggi." Kondo ordered.

Turning her head to face Kondo who stood east of her. He wasn't armed but had tense muscles that were ready to fight. "Why should I after he murdered my family!?" she demanded with her fangs threatening to break bone. "If you didn't hear your aunt, I'm your family." Kondo countered with a know-it-all look. "Like I would agree you are of my blood." Assaggi scoffed.

Pain suddenly shot through her stomach like a lightning bolt. A cold sliver slipped inside of her and felt like it cut into her organs. Assaggi grunted as she dropped Imamu and stumbled back. There was a small knife protruding from her stomach. "Son of a goddess." she gasped before dropping to her knees.

"A bronze knife affects you more than a bullet? That's a good note to keep." Imamu said before taking the knife from Assaggi's stomach. It felt like it was the sizzle of a fire and it was destroying herself from the inside. She curled up in a fetal position and tries to bare with the pain. "Ahh!" she cried in pain.

Imamu appeared in her vision and had a sneer on his face. "Not so tough now are you?" he asked rhetorically. He presses his boot against Assaggi's wound and pushes down. "Pain makes me stronger." she spat.

Taking out a gun from under his pant-leg, Imamu loads the trigger and aims at her face. "Let's see if this makes you stronger." he said. Her heart began to pound heavily as she stared into the barrel of the gun. She couldn't move her body because it felt like she was made of boulders.

Before he could pull the trigger, the gun was knocked out of his hands. Then he was kicked in the chest. Imamu fell backwards and lands on his back. He looked up at his attacker and his eyes widened at who he saw. "What are you doing, Kondo?!" he demanded incredulously.

"Protecting my family." Kondo answered. He raises the gun he took from Imamu and fires.
