Jess' POV
I woke up early. Getting ready to pick up my friend to head to school. A new student is coming today so I have to show them around. Lake high school is a very good school. I dressed in a black sweater and jeans. I went down greeted my mum and dad.
"So the new student is coming today, yes?" My mother asked.
"Mhm." I said a mouth full of bacon. Mmm bacon. Why are to so amazing? My mum placed something on my plate. I squealed in delight to see a piece of bread with Nutella. Okay something's up. Bacon, Nutella, and pancakes...
"Mum what's wrong?" I asked her
"Jess the new kid is staying with us." She said, getting straight to the point.
"What?!?" I asked with annoyance.
"He's a foreign exchange student for America and we are the host family." My dad said.
I was going to reply when a knock on the door interrupted me. 'Oh look he's already interrupting me' I thought to myself. I opened the door to a teenaged boy with light brown hair styled up. Tan skin. Wow he's really a good looking guy. I thought to myself.
