I wake up not even realizing I fell asleep last night. I get off my bed and head to the kitchen for breakfast. I still couldn't get what happened yesterday to get out of my head. I grabbed the Apple Jacks cereal from the counter and poured some into my bowl, then headed to the fridge to grab the milk when I saw a post-it on it. I swear only Miranda would think of placing a note in the fridge.
"I knew you'd eat cereals, you loser," I let out a slight laugh reading this. "Anyway, sorry I needed to head out early for work, new project. Could you to pass by Saturday Market and buy some coffee beans."
"Sure, why not?" I said quietly to myself.
After finishing my cereals, I headed to my room to change into something that isn't obviously pajamas. Then headed out to Saturday Market for Miranda's coffee beans. I just got them for her once and she's been addicted to them ever since, which is really hassle since you can only buy them every Saturday.

When I got there I saw Jason in the corner of my eye.
"Shit." I ran straight to the vendor and bought Miranda's stupid coffee beans, and turned around only to see Jason walking right in front of me.
Our eyes met.
"Shit." I heard him say under his breath looking really flustered.
Damn it Jason, I'm the one who should be panicking not you.
"Hey." He said with a kind and slightly awkward smile, trying to recover.
"Hey." I said hoping it would sound normal, but it came out awkward as fuck.
"Don't you have training or something?" I asked. Trying to make this less awkward than it already is.
"Yeah I did, then Jude texted me to buy some vegetables for lunch. Why are you here?"
"Miranda, left a note asking me to buy her coffee beans."
"Oh okay, um, here let me." He said taking the bag not even waiting for my reply. "Well let's go." He said smiling.
Fuck my heart is beating really fast and sounds really loud, I feel like he'll hear it.
I just nodded and follow him out of the crowd.
I thought the walk home would be quiet and awkward, until Jason spoke.
"So Miranda hasn't gotten over her obsession with coffee huh?"
"Well, yeah." I said slightly laughing "I swear she's so weird."
"What makes you say that this time" He says while laughing.
"What do you mean this time? She's always weird."
"It's just that you always say it when she actually did something weird."
Damn, when did he even notice that.
"So? What'd she do?" He asked insistingly.
"She left a note,"
"That's not so weird,"
"She left it in the fridge. Literally in the fridge, on the gallon of milk, with the note calling me a loser, cause for some reason she knew I'd eat cereals." I said emphasizing the word in, and slightly laughing at how stupid it sounds.
