Rap Monster

It was your birthday today! Best part yet, you get to celebrate it with your best friend Namjoon. He was a rapper. You were so excited! You asked your parents what day it was today but they said "what day? Oh it's Wednesday." They had forgotten! FORGOTTEN! REALLY?! YOUR OWN PARENTS!? Whatever. You called your best friend Ellin and asked her but she just said today isn't a special day.

You decided to call Namjoon and ask if you guys can hang out for a bit. You called him and he said yes. You got dressed and headed out. You met up with Namjoon in town and walked around. After about an hour of walking around you decided to ask him about today. "Namjoon, um...do you know what today is?" He looked at you and said "today? Nothing. Why?" You sulked and he asked "hey, what's the matter?" You looked at him but then away to avoid eye contact. "Nothing. Hey, I gotta go. I'll see you later!" You smiled. He kissed your head and he went off. You walked back home and once you were there, you wanted to study for your test next week. You were off for the whole week this week.

Once you were in your room, your parents went up to your door and knocked on it. They came in and said "(Y/N) honey, were just gonna go out to buy some stuff for dinner alright? We'll be back. Love ya!" You smiled and they smiled back. You nodded and you started studying. After about 5 hours of studying, you heard knocking on the door.

You walked downstairs to open the door. You checked the time and it was 8:00pm. You opened the door and you saw three people standing there other masks on. They were holding a rope and some tape. You started to panic. You asked "who are you?" They didn't say anything. They just taped your mouth and tied your hands together. You were screaming as loud as you can but no one heard you. They told you to be quiet then they put you in their van. They drove you somewhere and you panicked so hard.

After about 9 minutes of driving, they stopped in a community centre they pulled of the tape and u tied you. You were relieved. They took of their masks and before you started running, they caught you. They showed their faces and it was Ellin, you mum and dad. "WHAT THE F*** WERE YOU DOING?!" You yelled. You got told of for swearing but they covered your eyes and led inside the community centre.

Once you were inside, it was hella dark and the lights turned on and everyone you knew yelled "SURPIRSE!" And sang happy birthday. You were so happy you could cry. Which you did. You cried and smiled the biggest smile ever. Once they finished singing, they made an isle for you to walked down. Here was a chair infront of a stage where there were lights and a mic. You sat down, feeling nervous.

The music started playing and Namjoon came walking to the mic. He started rapping. The lyrics read this:

(Y/N), your the best friend I ever had,
Even when I made you really mad,
You were there for me, and i was there for you,
You said it was the least you could do."
He sang a few more lyrics but these made you cry really hard.
"I cherish every moment that we had,
And none of those moments were ever bad,
So as long as your all that I see,
(Y/N), will you go out with me?"
You cried a river as he came down and hugged you.

There was a sea of claps and cheers. He gave you a necklace and he asked "will you?" You looked at him and nodded. This was the best birthday ever.
