((A/N: ok... I want to clear things up since the summary can't hold up all my explanations... But all of that would be at the end of this chapter. So enjoy that first..))
"(Y/n). How long are you going to stare at nothing?"
"Eh."
A girl around the height of four feet sighed as she used a finger to fix her glasses. "Dria is almost done with dinner."
"Give my portion to Isrea." Came the reply of the other girl that tried to sleep.
"You have to eat. Wen told me that you skipped the antidote again. You have to stop it, it's been two years now. Your circulatory system must be slower because of the blood loss. You clearly don't have the heart to argue with Isrea anymore. It's not healthy."
"Why should I argue with her in the first place?" She asked, opening one eye to look at her friend.
The short girl shrugged and sat down next to her head on the large pipe. "To be honest, I have no idea... but I remembered you and Isrea playfully argue about anything."
"I used to. But now I don't know how to." (Y/n) closed her eye and tried to get some sleep with the comfort of the cool metal that she lay flat on. "Tell me Mon, why do you live?"
"To have fun." Was her friend's simple reply.
"Where do you find that here?"
"Whenever I'm around with you girls." Mon said with a smile.
"Don't you miss your family?"
"Hardly had any memories with them."
"Memories huh?..." (Y/n) slowly opened her eyes to look at the ceiling of the underground city. Mon looked down at her with sympathetic eyes. "At least you have some." They were awfully quiet, Mon was tensed because she wasn't used to (Y/n) so... out there... To (Y/n), she didn't really care. She thought her personality and attitude was fine. Talk when spoken to, ignore when bored, follow when moving.
Like said, Mon was not used to her so impassive. (Y/n) was the type of girl who led people through the dark with her own darkness, one who jokes even at the worse of times, would whine whenever people wouldn't greet her back, would smirk to piss off their best friend and jump in to a wrestle. At the short time they've come to known each other, Mon did not like how (Y/n) turned out to be. So she sometimes wonder about Isrea and Dria since those three were like the three musketeers.
"Monique! (Y/n)!! Dinner!" Wenzy called out from the window.
(Y/n) yawned and sat up. "You sound like a housewife." She grumbled to the dark skinned female, who's brown eyes shined when seeing her friend about to jump into the window and have dinner with them.
"Yay! (N/n)'s gonna eat!!" Wenzy cheered and clapped her hands. The aforementioned girl kicked off from the pipe and jumped into the window. Wenzy didn't even let her toe touch the surface of the wood and just tackled her to the area to the right of where the (Y/n) intended to land. The wind got knocked out of her as her back thudded on the ground with Wenzy on top of her.
Monique gracefully landed to where (Y/n) was supposed to stand at, giggling at how Wenzy did what she did. "Don't... Laugh." (Y/n) groaned.
"Sorry sorry!" Monique rubbed the back of her neck. "Come on, I'm hungry."
Wenzy nodded and stood up, helping (Y/n) up as well. Monique and Wenzy started to go down the stairs, they also noticed that they were a child too short. "(Y/n)?" They both called.
