A Match Into Water *a perrentes fanfic*

Chapter 1

~ Tony's Pov ~

I walked onto the bus with my bags and walked to the bunk area and put them in my bunk. I'm always the first picked up for tour. I walked to the back lounge and turned on the PlayStation and popped in call of duty and started playing.

"Turtle?!" I heard someone yell like 20 minutes later, also causing me to die in COD.

"Back lounge!" I said and started playing again. The door opened and in walked Mike. No one knows, but I've got the biggest crush on Mike. I just can't tell anyone because we are both in relationships. He walked over and grabbed a controller. He sat beside me and started playing with me. We were killing zombies.

"How have you been?" He asked.

"Good. You?" I asked.

"I've been good. Alysha broke up with me about a month ago." He said. I paused the game and turned to him.

"Why?" I asked.

"I kinda told her something that pissed her off." He said.

"What'd you tell her?" I asked grabbing a beer from the mini fridge. I opened it and took a sip.

"Well you're the only other person that knows what I'm about to tell you is Alysha." He paused. "I'm gay." He said under his breath. I looked at him.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yeah." He said.

"Well I'm still your friend no matter if you're straight, bi, gay or whatever." I said drinking my beer. He smiled and hugged me. I hugged back and pulled away.

"Tony?! Mike?!" We heard a voice yell.

"In the back!" I yelled and gave Mike the beer. I grabbed my controller and started playing the game again. In walked Vic.

"Hey, dudes." He said sitting beside Mike. I died yet again so I just put my controller down and Jaime walked in and sat beside me. I got up and walked to the bunk area and climbed in and shut the curtain. I grabbed my phone out of my book bag and texted Erin.

Tony: hey, babe. We need to talk...

Erin: about what? Did you make it to the bus safe?

Tony: yeah, I made it safely. But uhm...there's something I've been keeping from you...

Erin: what's that?

Tony: ...I'm gay....

No response. I put my phone to the side and sighed. The curtain opened a little and I saw Vic.

"You okay, turtle?" He asked.

"Yeah, just tired." I said.

"Take a nap." He said.

"I will shortly." I said. My phone dinged. I grabbed it and saw her text.

Erin: what the fuck? Did I turn you gay? How could you be gay? We've had sex ever since we've started dating. Why? How long have you known?

Tony: you didn't turn me gay, princess. That I promise. And I'm just gay. I've known since high school.

Erin: you've lied to me all this time?! Fuck you! I hate you! I'm moving out tomorrow!

I sighed and tossed my phone to the end of the bed and got out of the bunk. I walked to the front lounge and looked through the fridge for any kind of liquor I could find. But sadly I can't find anything.

"Do we have any liquor or anything?" I asked.

"No, we need to get some." Mike said. I sighed and walked to the bunk area and grabbed my wallet.

"Want to come with me?" I asked. He nodded. We walked off the bus and walked to the nearest liquor store.

"Are you okay, turtle?" He asked seeing as I was stressed the fuck out.

"Yeah." I said. We walked into the liquor store and started looking around. I grabbed a cart and started grabbing random liquors and beers and put them in the cart. He started putting some in. "I think we have enough for the month." I said. We walked to check out and I let the lady scan the stuff. I paid and we grabbed the bags and walked out to the bus and walked on. I put the bags down careful not to break any bottles. I looked through and grabbed the bottle of Hennessy and walked to my bunk. I climbed in and popped open the bottle and shut the curtain. I started drinking and watching Netflix on my laptop. My phone dinged. I grabbed it and saw a text from Mike.

Mike: you're definitely not okay...I know you, turtle. You never drink unless you're seriously upset...what's going on?

I sighed and texted him back.

Tony: I broke up with Erin. Er well she sorta broke up with me...

Mike: why?

Tony: are you sitting alone?

Mike: yep, why?

Tony: well, because of the same reason Alysha broke up with you. I told her I was gay...

Mike: you're gay too?

Tony: yep!

Mike: cool, I'm not gonna tell anyone.

Tony: please don't.

Mike: cross my heart.

Tony: now I'm gonna drink until I pass the fuck out.

Mike: it's no fun drinking alone.

Tony: I want to drink alone...

Mike: okay, just come to my bunk if you want to cuddle or anything.

Tony: will do.

I locked my phone and put it to the side and kept drinking.

About an hour later or so I had finished the bottle of Hennessy so I got out of my bunk and threw away the bottle. Vic was on his laptop typing and Jaime was watching some movie and eating. I walked to the bunk area and heard Mike snoring. I opened his curtain and climbed in slowly. I shut the curtain and laid beside him. He wrapped an arm around my waist and pulled me close. I could smell the alcohol on his breath. He'd been drinking also? Hm, weird. I pulled the blanket over us and I closed my eyes and fell asleep. There's no harm and taking a drunk nap.

I am back! I am doing a new Perrentes story now. I just thought I'd do this better. Anyways I hope you guys had a good Christmas and I hope you guys have a great New Years.
