A/N: OHMYGOD! Sasha Pieterse, my queen, my inspiration, my everything is engaged to her amazing (now) fiancé Hudson! I am so happy for them and they are the perfect couple! I love Sasha so much and I'm really happy that she has found happiness with a man she loves. I wish them eternal happiness and love. Gahh! <3

Now onto the story! I have realised that this story has two main elements: romance and friendship. I am not just going to make this story about Spezra, but also Spencer's relationship with the girls, as it is the biggest part in the books and the TV series and you can't just leave it out, even if your fic is about a relationship. Enjoy this chapter! I think it's my longest yet. X

The taste of Ezra lingered in Spencer's lips. She could feel him buzzing through her veins. His touch caused her skin to tingle. But everything else was wrong. Horribly, horribly wrong.

"Do you want me to take you to your house?" Ezra asked, while driving. Spencer was silent for a few moments. She hadn't thought about that.

"I...can't." Spencer replied. She felt terrible. Wren or '-A', had probably told her family by then.

"What happened?" Ezra asked, while keeping his eyes on the road at the same time. What was she supposed to tell him? She kissed her sister's to-be-husband, to protect her English teacher, who she had feelings for, because some psychopath. who knows everything about her and her relationship with Ezra and Mr Montgomery's (who is her best friend's dad) affair, decided to manipulate her.

"I-I really screwed up." Spencer said painfully. "I don't have anywhe- "

"Have you talked to your parents about whatever has happened?" Ezra asked calmly.

"They probably already hate me." She muttered. But she was surprised he didn't try and get anything out of her. He must care about her. Ezra suddenly pulled over. "What are you doing?"

Ezra stared deep into her eyes.

"I know what I said before, about my mother. And I know that I know nothing about your family,"

"Trust me, that is a good thing." Spencer said quietly. Ezra ignored her.

"But whatever is bothering you, it helps to talk about it." Ezra offered. Spencer could see he was really trying hard. But he didn't understand. If she talked to her parents about Wren, then they would ask why and then she would have to hurt Ezra. And there was no way that was going to happen.

"Ezra." Spencer pleaded. She knew she sounded childish, but she couldn't risk getting Ezra hurt. "Can't we just go to your apartment?"

Ezra sighed and hurt gleamed in his eyes. Spencer looked out the window, as Ezra drove. Maybe, if she explained, Aria would understand. She is, after all, being targeted by '-A' too.

"Ezra, after we go to your apartment can you drop me at my friend's house?" Spencer asked.

"Sure. You know the directions, right?" Spencer nodded.

They arrived at Ezra's apartment. Spencer honestly loved it. It was so classy, and she adored the typewriter.

"I meant what I said before," Spencer said, while walking in. "I love this place."

Ezra smiled. He took off his jacket. She walked over to the typewriter.

"Do you seriously use this?" Spencer said, grinning.

"Nah. Mostly as a paperweight, but also I have it as a reminder that there was literature before our increase in technology."

Spencer nodded.
