chapter 8

Ziva

I woke up tony still holding onto me and I felt loved, like the past 3 years did not happen.

I turned to tony and saw a glimpse of someone on the chair beside us I was startled but not to startled it was a woman

'Director' I said my voice scratchy but still formed the words I needed and was able to be heard

'Ziva' she said as she stood in my point of view, I was confused I did not know what was going on and why she was here 'what are you doing here'

'Came to make sure you were alright im sorry for earlier I got mad'

I stared at her and shook my head 'you got to do what you got to do right any tactics to get what you want I was showing sign of weakness you made sure that did not happen again by showing me what will happen if I do I was sloppy and a mess it should not have happened' I said threw gritted teeth I did not mean any of it, it's what she taught me to say and I could not ever forgive her but to stay alive for Tony's sake I will do what I got to do

'Im glad you think that Ms. David' the director said as she grinned at me 'I hope you know that if you do that again It will be the last of it and of you, did you know that when I arrived at the hospital tony he came up to me and confronted me and the things he said was sweet but stupid he may have cost himself a lot of pain so I need you to do me something'

I looked at her then to tony I knew this could not be good 'what if I don't do as you say?'

She held onto the end of the bed and stared deeply at me 'then I will kill tony and everyone you most love and make it looks likes false wiring I would be UN touchable no one would know but you and the people I hire, but the difference is if you go to the police they would think you did it and tried to frame us or that you were crazy because of losing everyone you cared about.

And if the people I hire even try to go to the police they will be punished or killed so that's why you should do it Ms. David'

'Fine what do you want me to do' I said a tear went down my cheek I wiped it off she turned and put her arms to the side 'I want you to break up with tony and never talk to him again I don't want you to see him again unless it's part of your job here in DC witch we will be staying here for a long time now so you must not talk to anyone unless it helps out with our investigation and If I catch you doing just that punishment for both of you, or well you and the person you are talking to that does not involve them'

I felt anger rush through me and I watched as a grin formed her lips and she started walking out the door but before she closed the door she said 'think about it Ms. David do you want the blood of your loved ones on your hands?'

She left and slammed the door in that moment tony woke up slightly 'sweet cheeks what's going on who's there' he said kind of groggy from being half asleep still

'Nothing it was no one' I said emotionless he held me tighter and kissed my temple 'ok then sweet cheek goodnight'

I looked at tony and kissed his cheek 'goodnight my little fluffy but'

He went back to sleep but I just laid there wide awake thinking of what to do.

MORNING

Tony woke up and Ziva was not there I got worried "SWEET CHEEKS'I said and then I heard a reply

'Bathroom' she said I relaxed and waited for her return

I heard the sink go off then I knew she would be coming out soon 'do you need help' I asked hoping she would say yes 'im good in think' she said then I sat back down as I watched her walk through the door god was she ever beautiful 'did you sleep good last night' I ask seeing she had bags under her brown eyes she looked at me and smiled 'Great sleep' she lied and I knew it

'So who was here last night' I asked knowing she would probably lie to me

She walked over to the other side of the bed and laid down with me 'just a nurse checking up on me, sorry did I wake you' she said looking slightly upset

'You're lying' I said looking at her

She looked at me I saw she had pain in her eyes she probably could not tell me and I should not have asked her that question god I am so ever stupid

'Tony im sorry for lying to you but...' I got cut off from the director of Mossod walking in she probably bugged the room so she knew I did not tell him so I said 'tony I can't tell you and I don't want to see you ever again cause you seem to not be able to handle that so im sorry this is the last I will see of you unless I have to ask you questions in our investigation' I looked over to the director of Mossod and so did tony and she smiled then left the room but did not leave the door she waited for him to leave outside the closed door

'but I thought we would be in this together' tony said as he stared into my eyes I was hoping he would figure out by looking in to my eyes that it was not my idea 'well you thought wrong' I said as tony looked at me then a rush of anger went threw him and he stood up and left slamming the door behind him,

He looked at the director in disbelief and stormed off.

I felt as though my heart had been ripped from my body as I watched him leave I cried and when I cried I saw the director of Mossod look in the window of the door and smile she walked in and grabbed a knife from inside her boot 'what are you going to do with that' I ask probably knowing already what she was going to do but it did not matter I asked any way

'You were going to tell tony the truth if I had not stopped you now you are going to get punished'

She said as she closed the door but before she did I saw a glimpse of tony standing looking over to me

Tony

I knew it could not be good and there was a reason that Ziva said those things but for now I will go on with it so she does not get punished

I walked through the door and stormed off to the nurses counter were I saw the Director walk in to her room and grab a knife out I could not believe that even though I played a long she still got punished then I heard her say because she almost told me the truth then the door was closed I could hear fain t screams coming through the door cause I was sitting outside of it then I heard the director coming to the door so I got up and ran to my car where I phoned Gibbs

T=Tony

G-'What do you want Dinozzo is Ziver ok?'

T- 'She fine boss well kind of fine I can't talk here so I want you to gather up Abby McGee ducky everyone that wants an update to the squad room and then from there I will tell you to go for some reasons I can't say over the phone'

G- 'Ok Dinozzo better be good meet me there in 20'

Then Gibbs hung up the phone I got my car running and drove off to NCIS headquarters to tell them Ziva was in trouble of some sort
