chapter 12

Ziva

I got to the navy base but I felt like I was being followed and watched I knew this could not be good so I got in the elevator and made my way up to the squad room to say hi to my family but when I got there Mossod guards were there awaiting my arrival

'What is going on here' I asked confused,

Then two came up behind me and held me tightly so I could not get out when tony saw this he tried to stop them but failed when they kept them back

Then Adam came up from behind me 'im so sorry Ziva they made me have to do this or they would kill Aviva and you now I love my little sister'

I knew what was going to happen and I felt sad but I knew he had to and that I got myself in this mess,

'It's ok Adam I know and I don't want Aviva hurt either so go ahead', I let a tear escape my eye as I watched tony his expression on his face he was terrified he did not know what was going on

And with that I closed my eyes and turned my head to my right shoulder

Adam punched me in the stomach as hard as he could and then I fell to my knees and he kicked me in the rib cage, I started to cough blood as I looked up and saw everyone freaking out and tears ran down my face as I could not hear anything but a ringing in my ears but I let it go he then pushed me against Tony's desk cause it was the closet on there and he grabbed out his army knife and cut my arm from I shoulder to my wrist

I screamed lightly as the knife went down my arm and with that her took a heavy object and hit my head with it, I blacked out minutes later.....

Tony

I could not believe they did this to Ziva I was so mad and sad and when she had her head hit with a heavy object I died right there, the woman I loved was dying right in front of me but after that Adam came up to me and the guards left 'Im so sorry Tony I had to but the Director wanted me to give you this'

He gave me a piece of paper and with that I punched him in the face I had nothing to say,

Adam stabilized he looked at tony holding his jaw 'Ok I deserved that but again im sorry tony she was like a sister to me.

I then ran to my hopefully unconscious woman that I loved and checked her pulse.......

'SHES STILL ALIVE DUCKY GET AN AMBULANCE' I put Ziva in my lap and held her while stroking her beautiful hair.

The ambulance came and I carried her to the back where I would stay with her till we got to the hospital

I was I the waiting room, waiting for an update and it was excruciating and painful,

Then a nurse came out

'Family to Ziva David'

She pronounced it David 'hey Im Tony Dinozzo and its pronounced Da-veed not David'

She looked at me very annoyed 'OK' sir follow me' she said so snobby but I followed he and we got to Zivas room and I could not take it I ran to her and dropped to my knees as tears ran down my cheek I, looked at the still beautiful Ziva David even with the stitches in her arms and the bandage rapped around her head and the tubes and wires and IVS come out of everywhere on her small body

I then got up and went and found a chair to sit in there was one in the corner of the room and so I grabbed it and pulled it to her left side of her bed and sat down holding her hand and slightly fell asleep

MORNING

I woke up and remembered what had happened I hoped Ziva would wake up today but then I saw I had the note from the Director of Mossod so I opened it

Director:

Hello tony so im sorry about having to stoop to such low preservations and I know you hate me for hurting you "GIRLFRIEND" but well sometimes we got to do what we got to do and im sad cause I lost 3 things 1) a great guard 2) the only female Mossod official and 3) a daughter or well I hoped she would become my daughter but I see I had no chance of that ever happening so well now I will leave you guys be and I hope she pulls through with all her memory cause that spot that I got Adam to hit was a highly trained spot so she has lost some memories so have fun with the broken Ziva and contact me when you have had enough of her,

-DIRECTOR OF MOSSOD

I ripped up the note and put my hand over my tear filled eyes but when I removed them I saw Ziva was awake staring at me

'Ziva your awake how much do you remember'

'Well Tony I remember you and Gibbs and Abby plus Ducky and Palmer'

'Well what about us Ziva what do you remember about us together and is your father alive how about Director Shepherd Vance's wife Jackie and Bohdnor do you remember any of these'

Zivas face looked confused 'we are partners and we work at the NCIS navy base my father is alive and so is Director Shepherd and who is Vance and Jackie
