6 Months Later
I strapped up my pink studded 6 inch pumps. Looked over my body one more time before I was called to the stage.
"Now I'm gone need y'all to make some noise for Silk Platinum!" The DJ called out my stage name.
I walked out on stage and that's when French Montana's Pop That started playing and I did my thing.
I was doing the damn thing and I had all type of bills coming my way. I was popping my ass all over the stage. Climbed the pole and all. I hit one last trick after the song ended then collected my money then went back to my dressing room.
I was counting my money when my phone started ringing. I looked to see it was Domo so I answered.
Me- Hello?
Domo- Wassup Je.
Me- About to go home. What you doing.
Domo- Shit coolan with my niggas.
Me- Okay. Um let me call you when I get home.
Domo- Ight sis.
After the break up I moved to Miami. I had a job at Red Lobster but the manager didn't like me because her husband would come in and stare at me so she fired me for insubordination. Money started running low so I started dancing. I like it. The cash is crazy. I mean I make over 15G's a week. Dominique doesn't know I dance thoo. And I'm not telling him.
"Aye Je, your car's out front." Shay said coming into my dressing room.
"Okay. Tell them I'm on my way." I said finishing up counting all my earnings, wrapping it in a bundle and stuffing it in my purse. I grabbed my vallet ticket and walked out thru the back exit. They pulled my car up to the front and I got in.
I lived only 10 minutes away from the club so it wasn't that long of a drive. But it was almost 2 in the morning so when I got home. I got in the shower for about 30 minutes. I got out and dried off. I put my now damp and curly hair in a high ponytail. I put on some boy shorts and a sports bra and layed in bed. I turned on the TV and watched Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.Don't tell me you're sorry cause you're not
Baby when I know you're only sorry you got caught
But you put on quite a show
You really had me goin'
But now it's time to go
Curtains finally closin'
That was quite a showMy phone rung and I answered it.
Me- Hello?
DJ- What's good ma.
Me- Hey boo. What you doing?
DJ- Thinking about you. I ain't seen you in a while.
Me- You know I be busy.
DJ- Are you busy now?
