I woke up and Dj wasn't beside me. I looked at the time on my phone, which was on my beside table.
"Damn he's at work." I mumbled. I got up and went to go see if Trey was here.
"Trey!" I called out like he was gonna answer me. I walked into his room and there he was asleep in his crib. I carefully picked him up and he snuggled into my chest. I went into the living room and turned on the tv and put on Netflix. I decided to watch Fruitvale Station. I laid Trey on some couch pillows and covered him. I text Dj.
1:37pm To: Aggravation 🙄 - Wish you would've woke me up before you left.
1:40pm To: Stinka ❤️ - I tried but you wouldn't get up. I get off at 4 today so I'll see you soon. I put some money in your purse so you and Trey don't sit in the house all day.
1:42pm To: Aggravation 🙄- Okay tank. I love you.
1:48pm To: Stinka ❤️- I love you more stinka.
"Nani hungry." Trey said causing me to jump. I didn't realize he had woken up.
"Okay what you want to eat Fat Man?" I asked standing up and picking him up.
"Ummm pancake." He clapped causing me to laugh. He's so silly.
"Okay lets go." I slid on my Nike slides that were by the front door, grabbed the keys to my white Audi R8 with black rims, locked up, put Trey in his car seat, and drove to McDonalds since they had all day breakfast.
"Hi welcome to McDonald's. What can I get for you today?" The girl said with a perky voice.
"Let me get a hotcake platter with bacon instead of sausage, two bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles, make one of those a combo with a orange juice, a number 7 with a sprite, make it a large, and no sauce." I always got the same thing but today I wanted my nuggets too.
"Is your order correct on the screen ma'am?"
"Yes it is."
"That'll be 14.63, pull around to the first window." She said and I pulled around and paid. I got my food at the second window and went home.
Just then my phone started ringing.
Me- Hello ?
Domo- Wassup sis. What you up to?
Me- Bout to walk in the house with Trey. Wassup?
Domo- I'm bout to pop up. It's just me.
Me- Okay bro.
Trey ate his pancakes with his hands getting syrup all over his high chair and table. I ate my mcgriddles, and my nuggets. My fries were gone before we even got to the house. I drunk the last sip of my sprite soon as the doorbell rung.
"It's open." I called out from the kitchen. It was only Domo.
"Wassup sis." He said locking the door behind him and coming into the kitchen.
"Wassup. What you popping up for?" I asked wondering why he just came over considering the conversation I had with Jaquan at the club a few nights ago.
