When Scarlett Knight and Andy reunite at Warped Tour they welcome each other with open arms. Best friends since they were little they haven't forgotten each other. Since Andy had gone since high school because of his band he didn't have time to talk to her that often anymore. What will happen will sparks set off a new relationship or will it make a fire?
