After having purified the Field of Resurrection Lilies and taken a day off to relax, we finally arrived at the Winter Village.
"Heeey! Welcome to the Winter Village, guys!" Ran exclaims. "Hmm?" Although Ran is welcoming us with a bright smile, Shiroya and I are wrapping ourselves in our arms, shaking.
"R-Ran... thank you so much for welcoming us."
"Uv-uv-uvv... Sooooo cold...!"
"[Y/N], Shiroya, you guys look freezing. Are the rest of you guys alright?" Ran says.
"Th-This is nothing!" Kaito says.
"I-It's nowhere near cold...!" Kikyo says.
"Kids. No need to whistle in the dark. It's so obvious that you're cold." Rindoh says.
"What about you, Mr. Rin?" Ran asks.
"I'm alright with this weather. I'm gonna probably feel cold if we go up in the snow mountains though."
"You're the man, Mr. Rin! Well, it's especially cold today. Even the Winter folk are complaining about it!"
"Oh, they are?" I ask.
"Yup. Okay, I'll take you guys to my house now before anyone freezes to death!"

Ran takes us to the chieftain's mansion, and we see the chieftain and Fuyukiku standing there to welcome us.
"Welcome to the Winter Village, Lady [Y/N]. Please make yourself at home." the chieftain says to me.
"Thank you, chieftain." I say to him.
"It must have been cold outside. Please warm yourself up." Fuyukiku says.
"Thank you, Fuyukiku."
"Aww... I'm coming back to life..." While having a cup of tea they have served us, Shiroya lets out a deep sigh.
"Chieftain, I heard from Ran that it's especially cold today." Kaito says. "Does it have anything to do with the impurity of the symbol?"
"Yes, I'm afraid so." the chieftain replied. "The symbol of the Winter Village, the Everflowing Waterfall has never frozen up despite of its existing in the the very harsh wintery climate of this village until very recently. I had never seen it happen in my life."
"The village folk are so worried about it." Fuyukiku adds. "I wish I could do something to get rid of their worries."
"It's alright, Kiku." I say to him. "I promise I'll purify the Everflowing Waterfall."
"[Y/N]... thank you." Kiku says.
"I owe you a debt of gratitude,Lady [Y/N]." the chieftain says to me. "You may go to the symbol anytime."
"Thank you, Chieftain. I promise I'll bring it back to its original state." As I reply so and smile at him, the chieftain stares at me with a hint of sadness on his face.
Chieftain...? What's the matter with him...?
"Um... Is everything alright, chieftain?" I ask him.
"Y-Yes, all is fine." the chieftain answers. "Thank you so much for doing this, Lady [Y/N]. Ran, Fuyukiku. Please take the guests to their rooms to rest."
"Alright!" Ran says.
"Yes, sir." Kiku says. "Okay, please follow us."
Led by Ran and Fuyukiku, we come out to the hallway.
