I hear loud and harsh things breaking on the floor in Matthew's living room. "Matt, did you hear-" I turned over and didn't see Matthew next to me. Quietly, I walked downstairs and my eyes meet Matthew's black ones. He had a few cuts on his face and a small bruise on his cheekbone. I ran towards him and hugged him tightly. "Are you okay?" I asked as I examined his face.

"Yeah, just tired." Matthew choked out. Loud footsteps grew closer towards us. Marcus. Matthew held me tighter; knowing that it was better to stay in my arms. Just then, everything went pitch black. I didn't know what happened after that.

_

I woke up in Marcus' office. "Matthew." I called out. He was a few feet away from me. "Is this really how you're going to spend the last 10 minutes of your life? How pathetic." Marcus laughed while fiddling around with a gun. He walked back outside to grab something or someone else.

"Sing for me, babygirl." Matthew begged me and sat closer to me.

"Girl let me love you. And I will love you. Until you learn to love yourself.
Girl let me love you. I know your trouble. Don't be afraid, girl let me help.
Girl let me love you. And I will love you.  Until you learn to love yourself.
Girl let me love you. A heart of numbness gets brought to life. I'll take you there." We both start to softly sing. Matthew turns his back towards me and untied the rope around my wrists. I quickly get up and set his hands free. Just then, Marcus walks in. "Trying to escape? Well, Andy, I thought that you would like to know a little story about your "boyfriend."" Marcus teases before Cody walked into the room.

"Cody?" I walked towards him. "After he tells you the truth, just know that I'll always love you." He whispered for only me to hear. I was confused about what he said. "Andy, sweet little Andy. I'm sure you're not aware that you were just a toy to Cody. Did you know that he actually works for me, but became your boyfriend just to make it easier to kill you?" Marcus tortured me with those words. I look towards Cody and his head lowered to the floor.

"No. Cody would never do that."

"But he did."

I'm not going to cry. I am not going to show him how weak I am.

"Matthew. You know how your parents were on that, "private vacation" and never came back? They're dead now. I shot them right here." He pointed the gun at Matthew's head and backed it away. "That's not the worst part," he continued, "the worst part is that you're going to die and you don't even know who I am."

"What do you mean? You're Marcus. You can't be someone else." I rabbled. Marcus sat in his spiny chair and faced his back towards us. As he was looking away, Cody grabbed a gun from his desk and hid it behind his thigh. Just then, Marcus turned around; revealing his true identity to us.

"Connor?" I barely managed to get out. "Never expected this? Never expected your brother to point a gun at you and soon pull the trigger?" He mocked me with his words.

"But, when you were sleeping and Marcus came into our room-"

"It's called, 'placing a pillow under your blanket.'"

"Fuck you Connor. I thought you were a loving brother."

"Never was. Never will be." He picked up the gun and pointed it to my head. "Want to say any last words?" He asked as I watched Cody have his gun aiming at Connor's head.

"Yeah, have fun in hell." I say before Cody pulls the trigger and Connor lands straight on the ground.

"Oh my god." I say as I saw my brother's dead body laying on the floor. "Andy, he never loved you." Matthew reminded me. I looked forward and a big army of wolves surrounded the door. Matthew, Cody, and I quickly changed to our wolf form. We scratched, jumped, and used a bit of our powers. But there was one that threw me on the ground.

"If only he/she knew what you're capable of."

I stare deeply into their eyes; burning their insides. The person cries in pain and soon vanishes to black dust. That's what happens when you kill a demonic werewolf. I said goodbye to Cody. I was still angry about what he has done to me, but the past is the past.

That was it for our first adventure from the world. So many ups and downs, but we survived. I would never understand Matthew's strategies. And to think, all of this happened because a demonic werewolf – Matthew Espinosa – started to catfish me and made me think that he was just a normal human.
