"Oh my god" I said kneeling and taking the ring that was on the floor.
"Oh.My.God" I said bringing it up to my face.
"Chris, Chris I can totally explain this just.. please"
"How long have you had this?" I asked not showing any emotion what-so-ever and keeping my eyes on the ring before my eyes.
"We found it in your apartment, it was under under... your futon" Rian said standing right behind Alex.
"You idiots had this on you this whole time?" I said.
"Look we were going to leave it in her room back in Denver, but we... I mean what if she didn't come back I mean" Alex said
"We were planning on giving it back" Rian said.
"When?"
"Eventually... I... I.. look I wanted to but, Natalie just seemed off I thought this trip would help her get her mind off things, perhaps relax"
"Let... let me get this straight, you two come back from San Francisco on short notice because you rediscover your undying feelings for the girl you used to like 6 years ago and never told" I said and then Rian tried to talk.
"ah, I'm talking" I said pointing at him. "Now you on the other hand support this even though this girl is four weeks away from her wedding" I said pointing at Alex.
"And the both of you stay at my place for three weeks trying to make a move on this girl and when she looses her wedding ring you find it don't say shit and let us kidnap a guy and run away to Denver searching for a ring that isn't even lost" I said.
"Technically Gerald isn't kidnaped anymore and Natalie did run away saying she had feelings for someone else" Alex said.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THE TWO OF YOU!" I yelled at them.
"Look I was going to give it to her the moment I found it"
"You hid the fact that you found her engagement ring in order to fulfill your own selfish needs?" I said
"she came to me and said some stuff, and after a while she didn't even realize the ring was missing." Rian said.
"What stuff?" I scoffed.
"She wasn't sure about Jack anymore" Alex said
"So that gives you the right to do this?"
"Look Chris I know it's not right, let's just get back to Salt Lake and give her the ring and get this over with"
"What the hell man?" Alex said and looked at Rian.
"Alex" I said standing between Alex and Rian.
"Get out of my way sister" he said trying to push me aside.
"I'm not going anywhere ass face"
"Move it"
"GUYS STOP!" Rian shouted out.
"Let's just go" he said
"Rian wait" I said and he looked at me.
It was time to gather up my facts:
1. First of all we had my idiot brother and his friend stealing the ring
2. then we had Jack the Jackass (see what I did there) whom was cheating on his lovely bride
and
3. The indecisive bride who decides to run away just days before her wedding
