Chapter Two

Twilight's POV

I was reading a book about the way coldness effects ponies, when I got a phone call.

"Hey,uh, Twilight?"

"Oh, hey Spike. Is everything okay?"

"Yeah, uh, can you and the other four girls come over to Sugarcube Corner?"

"Sure."

I called the other girls and met them at Sugarcube Corner.

"What do you guys think this is about?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"I don't know. He didn't say," I answered.

"Hopefully it ain't nothing bad" Apple Jack announced, "I already got enough stress since I took over the barn."

"And I just got the bakery," Pinkie added.

"Well, I guess we'll find out when theu get here," Fluttershy whispered.

A few minutes later.....

They walked in.

"Hello, girls," Rarity said, entering the door. "Spike, they're already here!"

They walked in, and Spike looked really excited.

"Can you two just tell us what's going on?" Rainbow exclaimed.

"Can I tell them?" Spike asked Rarity.

She nodded.

"Well, guys we just found out this morning that Rarity's pregnant."

Pregnant?

"That's awesome guys! I'm so excited!" I said.

"Me too I love babies I can't wait until you have Rarity! I hope it's as pretty as you and as nice as Spike. I also hope you name it after me. Pinkie Dragon! I love it it's perfect!"

"Okay, Pinkie. We got it." Rarity said calmly.

"Okey dokey lokey!"

"What are you guys wanting to name it?" Rainbow asked.

"Well, like I said, we just found out this morning. We have plenty of time to think of names.''

"A baby. Who all have you told,  Rarity? Does Sweetie Belle know?"

Rarity gasped.

"I have to tell Sweetie Belle! It was nice seeing you girls, but I have to make a phone call."

We all said bye and we left.

I still can't believe that Spike is going to be a dad.

I don't know if he can do it. He never had a father himself.

But, Spike had grown up to be a good man. He can handle it. I know he can.
